We began our stay on June 9 and chose this cabin because we were traveling with a toddler and it was the closest option to where our family was staying. Our stay was overshadowed by a major issue with the air conditioning. When we arrived, the cabin was 82 degrees inside despite the thermostat being set to 68. It also felt somewhat dirty and had a musty smell. After contacting the host, we returned later that evening to find the temperature had risen to 83 degrees. A technician finally arrived around 10 PM and temporarily got the AC working, but not until nearly 11 PM. The upstairs was even hotter and unusable with a toddler due to the lack of window screens. The next morning, the AC stopped working again. We reported it around 8:30 AM but didn't receive confirmation that it was broken until about 3:30 PM. During that time, I spent much of the day communicating with both VRBO and the property management team instead of enjoying time with my family. We were offered replacement cabins, but both were 20–25 minutes away from where our family was staying. Because we were traveling with a toddler, having to return, pack everything up, load the car, and find a hotel was extremely stressful and inconvenient. Justin was polite and professional throughout the process. We were refunded only for unused nights. I feel some compensation for the first night would have been fair, as we spent hours in an 80 degree cabin before the AC was temp repaired and eventually out of order.

Was a nice contemporary place to stay that looked fairly new. The driveway is a very tight two track like driveway so if you have a trailer or anything (we had a jeep in the trailer) it is very tight. The house was nice but there are really no places to hang or store clothing during your stay.

The house is absolutely beautiful. It is close to everything but still in a quiet area. They did not say anything about the long dirt road to it. That was the only bad part and it was muddy from rain.
