The house was perfect for a winter get away. There were plenty of thoughtful niceties that our host left us. Lighting/ceiling fan operation was a tad tricky and the main bedroom mattress was a bit too firm/uneven for our liking, but otherwise the place was a good spot for kids and adults to kick back.

Host was well accommodating! House was clean and everything as expected! Had a Great time!

Beautiful and very comfortable home, a perfect space for a family gathering. We loved all the thoughtful touches, from the Christmas tree to the hot cocoa and s’mores station - adored by the younger generation. Nica was very responsive and the place was pristine upon arrival. This was an amazing stay at Elk Cabin!! Beautifully designed, very clean and stocked! Great jacuzzi and the lake time was behind enjoyable! The manager Nica was so helpful and pleasant! We will be definitely back!!!

We had a wonderful time. The place was perfect. We enjoyed the location and went to The Great Wolfe Lodge and did a family escape room. The beds were comfortable the house was clean and the bathrooms were awesome. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home, large backyard and private/quiet community. Access to the beach, tennis courts and fishing dock comes with the house. Very comfortable and clean rooms and living space, beautiful kitchen, yard and decks for entertaining. Pool table, foosball table, dart and hot tub for fun plus tons of board games! Nica is the best! Super responsive and attentive to make sure you have the best time in the Iron Elk Cabin. We stayed here multiple times with different groups including our dog and had wonderful time. Definitely coming back for another getaway in the Iron Elk Cabin.

We had a fantastic stay at Elk Mountain. The property truly impressed us with its spacious wraparound deck and striking vaulted ceilings, which created an open and inviting atmosphere. The many floor-to-ceiling windows flooded the home with natural light, enhancing the airy and expansive feel. The interior was quaintly decorated with a modern/rustic touch, blending cozy charm with contemporary style. Attention to detail was evident throughout, from the delightful s’mores kit left on the kitchen table to the well-stocked coffee station. The home was thoughtfully equipped with games, books, and other entertainment options, ensuring there was something for everyone. The host was exceptionally generous, offering use of their two kayaks for exploring the local lake. The full game room, featuring fussball, a TV, and a pool table, provided a perfect hangout spot for the teens. Overall, Elk Mountain exceeded our expectations and made for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

Our group of nine (two families with 5 kids) had the best time at Iron Elk. There were deer in the yard daily and it was quiet and peaceful. The kids loved the bedroom with bunk beds and having movie nights in the downstairs area with bean bags. Adults loved all the places to hangout such as fire pit, screened porch, deck, and pool table area. I loved that the counter island was large enough for all of us to eat at and open to the living room area. The beach which is about a ten minute walk is beautiful and the kids loved playing on the dock all day. We had a great time and Nica and her husband were wonderful hosts.

So close to so much, Delaware Water Gap, fine dining at French Manor could see this being a place to frequent any time of year! The home catered to all levels and while it was just my husband and I the rooms and space for a family or families or could even see this being a great place for the race enthusiast too....communication was top notch from beginning to end. This property was a delight and will not dissapoint, very quiet. Deer every morning off decks!
