The setting of the property and house was phenomenally beautiful, especially with the turning Fall leaves. There is a path walking steeply downhill that our two 70+ year olds were hesitant to try, but the rest of our group climbed down and up easily. 3 bedroom suites on 3 different levels made it easy for us to all have our own space, and lovely common spaces, including a screened porch. (no chance of mosquitos there). We hope to return someday!

Great host and property. Quiet, great wooded surroundings to walk, but close enough to get to shopping and downtown Berkley Springs in about 15 minutes

Wow! Where do I start? The good the bad and the ugly! The place was very clean on the inside. That’s all I have that’s good. There was no WiFi at all! Couldn’t connect to anything! The sprinkler on the sink was broke so washing off dishes was a little tougher the. It should have been. The hose outside was not working so couldn’t add any water to the hot tub! Which because an issue after first day there! The outside deck was very very dirty! Couldn’t sit out there at all!! The grill was basically a George Forman grille that didn’t even work! I tried to turn it in and it blew up in my face which almost destroyed me and my grandson! Grease was all over the pathetic grill so didn’t even wanna touch it again! Very very disappointed for all the money I spent. Worst part was this. I reached out to the agent to examine everything once I returned home and I said let’s work something out here. I didn’t even want a refund. I simple asked for a few free days to go back in the fall to feel a little compensated. I was told I can have a 20% discount. What a joke! I reached back out to counter offer and never heard back! Very I promise!! Never go here!!!

The cabin was a great retreat for myself and some of my friends. Corinne was wonderful to work with and quick to get back to me. I would highly recommend this place and hope to stay there again in the future. Thank you!
