The house is nice and is just a couple minutes away from town. Lava can get a bit hectic on the weekends during summer, so it is nice that this is located outside of the town proper without being so far that it's a hassle to run to the store. I would write more but the app blocks me from seeing what I am writing...

The property was exactly what we were looking for! (A place to meet up and hang out for our group of friends and there families! The kitchen and bar was huge and fit a group of us! The house was a bit out of town but not to far to be a problem. We ran in to town a couple of times a day and it was just fine.

This was an easy access check in. Big and roomy for a large group. Homeowners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. If your looking for a nice get away I recommend this property as it is close to town (3 min) with a beautiful view. We even seen a cute little cottontail. Will definitely be back. Great family stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was so roomy and the view out on the deck was very nice. It took just a couple of minutes to get to town. Also, the host was very communicative. Checked on us as we were on the way and also the day after to ensure everything was good. Would stay again.

The wrap-around porch on this house is beautiful and allows you to have views that are breathtaking. There were some hiccups, however, I believe it's because it was the first rental of FINALLY having warm weather! Overall a great stay and a beautiful house.

The property management was amazing and so great to work with. The home was clean and so big and roomy for my family of 7. Great area. Highly recommend. Will be going back soon
