This is a fantastic location. The owners are wonderful and provide some snacks and essential items in case you forget. Super comfy, very nice privet cabin feel. Very great value and plan to return. The owners exploring tips were super helpful to an enjoyable weekend at the Hot springs. It’s slightly remote but close enough to drive to stores. I recommend shopping for supplies on your way there. Very intentional detail that makes for a great county feel to the place. Tremendously under valued price point if you ask me. I’m going to use so of the owners decor and design in my personal cabin I’m building. Thanks so much look forward to see you Anglin in the spring!!!
Staying at Horse Creek Ranch with Ernie, Toni, Sam, and the kittens was a perfect way to end our Montana trip. You will not find better hosts anywhere. The bunkhouse was fantastic. The ranch was beautiful. And the conversations were interesting and often educational for us. We truly enjoyed our time here and hope to return someday. Thanks, again.
We cannot say enough about our time stayed in the Bunkhouse at the Horse Creek Ranch. The welcoming committee (a new best friend Sammie & 3 Calico beauties) immediately made us feel at home. We privately parked in a covered outside area with a lovely seating area for grilling, dining & relaxing. Inside we enjoyed wonderful linens, a luxurious shower and honestly all the comforts of home. We were taken on tour of the property, enjoyed a wonderful bonfire with the property owners and were sent off with homemade bread and jam on the morning of our departure. Ernie & Toni, we thank you for this wonderful experience. You may have found your calling! We sense there could be an expansion on the horizon, as you two are the perfect hosts and are so good at sharing your kindness. Best Wishes, Jeff & Terri P.S. Whoever left you a 4-star review, I assure you, it was in error!
We are really happy with our stay, Ernie and Tony are really a good host. Tony think about every little details things that we might need for a stay. She cover all the amenities we need. Ernie took us for a tour on their property. Thank you.....you guys awesome!!

Ranch is beautiful and side by side your by owner was amazing! Very friendly welcoming. Had everything you need. Toni and Ernie were wonderful hosts! Highly recommend if you’re in the area.
Our stay at the ranch was definitely not long enough. We had an amazing time and loved everything about it from the fresh made iced tea left for us to having Sammie wait at our door in the morning for belly rubs.We made great memories and great friends with Toni, Ernie, Sammie, Skipper and Snickers. They went out of their way to make one of my dreams come true and I’ll be forever grateful for their kindness. Horse Creek Ranch is like a home away from home.
Everything was perfect and details were not overlooked. From the ice tea waiting for us upon arrival to cleanliness of the place. Toni and Ernie are great hosts and would recommend staying with them as you explore Montana.
This is such a beautiful property! From the views to the sounds of nature it was absolutely perfect. Toni and Ernie were such gracious hosts. And we can’t forget Sammy!! My niece said that Sammy was one of her most favorite parts or the property(ours too)! We hope to stay again with them.
Of the VRBO’s we’ve stayed this is the nicest. The bunkhouse was immaculate, comfortable and came with all of essentials for cooking and hygiene. The property has spectacular views of the mountains and the night sky. Fishing is within 20 minutes either direction South to the Bitterroot River or North to the Clark Fork as well as Petty Creek that follows the route. Both directions also offer good places for a cold beverage and a bite to eat. Opportunities are plentiful to see wildlife and wild flowers. The hosts Toni and Earnie were the best!!
This property is one of the most beautiful places we have ever been. The owners are the kindest, sweetest people who showed and taught us so much about the land. I highly recommend staying here. We were given our privacy the entire time but the owners were available with any needs. We can’t wait to go back. Amazing!!
