This beautiful log cabin sits on 2 acres of land with 450 ft of water front, incorporated with the grounds of Glamp x Stay Minty our Glamping experience. The original cabin built in 1819 was completely rebuilt in 2019. The new cabin has all of life's modern conveniences while still maintaining the old world and historic charm of the cabin that stood in its place more than 200 years ago. You can open the doors at night and hear the river from all 3 bedrooms. All rooms have private patios and full bathrooms. Since the Lodge is right beside Glamp x Stay Minty, guests of the Lodge also have access to the campground amenities such as the community fire pit, picnic areas, yard games, and hiking trails.

On the first side of the cabin, you'll find two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living area, loft, nice size eat-in kitchen, laundry room and a breathtaking view of the water from a full length deck. The second side of the cabin (all connected) includes one additional bedroom, two more full bathrooms, a beautiful living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and screened in porch.

GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, simply register your stay within 48 hours to gain access to our guest portal where you’ll find reservation and property details, access codes, and more. During registration, you’ll be asked to sign a rental agreement and upload your driver’s license and a selfie (don’t worry – it’s super simple!).

HOUSE RULES
These are all no-brainers but we don’t want any confusion, so we’re gonna state the obvious:
– no smoking (for real)
– no parties (gatherings not exceeding max occupancy are cool)
– no rearranging furniture (leave the decorating to us)

OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
• $249 / pet, pet fee (only valid on properties that allow pets). Maximum of 2 pets allowed. Pets cannot be left unattended. This applies to ADA and service animals as well.

⚠️ MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for details prior to booking.

We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50-mile radius.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
Stay Minty properties may be equipped with exterior Ring Cameras/Doorbells.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
This cabin is only 10 minutes away from some of the best white water rapids. It's also only 10 minutes away from CLIMB, a fantastic outdoor adventure center in Gatlinburg. This is a GREAT side of the smoky mountains to stay on. There is no traffic and all attractions on the main strip of Pigeon Forge are only a 30 minute drive away. Bring your fishing poles to fish at the cabin! This cabin is in a remote location.

These properties will be professionally cleaned before your arrival and prepped to perfection with two pillows and plush towels for every head. Cancel your morning plans because you’ll never want to get out of bed!

Our kitchens have all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meal. Get your caffeine fix each morning with Keurig coffee pods included with every stay. We’ve even got your TV entertainment covered with hundreds of streaming options to choose from. We’ll even let you borrow our Netflix login if you need it!
Stay Minty homes are immaculate and well maintained by professionals who clean between every guest using the highest standards in the industry.

SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That’s why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay. The kit includes a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, two dishwasher pods, five trash bags, dishwashing liquid, all-purpose cleaner, a small selection of coffee pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

You are camping and these domes, are not much different than a tent.... well maybe little cooler, but that’s why you’re here! If anything comes up, we promise to spring into action faster than Taylor Swift after a break-up and do everything we can to resolve it… and then maybe write a hit album about it.
