Main Level – Open Living & Luxury Primary Suite
Step inside to a beautifully appointed kitchen and dining area, featuring a large granite island withseating for four, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table perfect for gathering over meals. The living room invites you to unwind with leather seating, a gas fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV mounted over the mantel, all set against a backdrop of stunning mountain vistas.
The main-level king ensuite is a true retreat, offering deck access, a private TV, and a spacious bathroom with double granite vanities, a tiled shower with rainfall and handheld attachments, and a water closet for added privacy.

Upstairs – Loft & Additional Bedrooms
The open loft provides extra space to relax, featuring a comfortable sofa, TV, and foosball table for entertainment. Two additional bedrooms and bathrooms complete the upper level:
- A king bedroom with a cozy sitting area to soak in the views and a private TV.
- A bunk room with two twin-over-full bunks and its own TV, perfect for kids or groups.
Each bedroom has access to a full bathroom in the hall, both with granite counters and tiled tub/shower combinations.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes and Rules:
• This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
• Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
• There is a $200/rental amenity fee included in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
• Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
• The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
• All linens and towels provided for your stay.
• Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's and would be denied entry at the gate.
• Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
• Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
• All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
• Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
• Towels and linens will be provided for you.
• Check in is after 4pm
• Checkout by 10am
• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
• No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. These will be necessary in times of snow or ice.
• Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions.
• Host is not responsible for items left in the home.

​​​​​​​CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

    We had an amazing stay at this mountain house! The views were stunning, the hot tub was perfect after a day of exploring, and the home itself was stocked with everything we could possibly need, truly no amenities were spared. Everything was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax and enjoy. A perfect getaway spot, absolutely 10/10!
