Hike In Hike Out Mountain Cabin

The cabin was really special and the surroundings were gorgeous and very private. Rod was extremely responsive and accommodating.

A very lovely cabin and stay! Our hosts were super friendly, helpful and responsive.

Everything about the cabin and location met or exceeded expectations. The bed and pillows were comfy, the entire location was clean and well stocked. The cabin is private and remote with hiking trails literally outside the door. Rod was super responsive and helpful. Our pup absolutely loved running around in the woods, the area was quiet and safe. The view of the sunrise over the mountains was spectacular as was the star filled night sky! We hope to be back soon!

We all enjoyed our stay very much at this gem of a cabin. It was private,so peaceful and the view of the mountains was serene and beautiful. The cabin offered everything we needed and Rod was easily accessible with questions and very accommodating with a request I had. I would recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.

The cabin is perfect for hike lovers! Its near some great hikes and there's some good exploring to be done in the woods behind the cabin. There's a cute town with restaurants and a grocery store no more than 15 minutes away-super convenient. Can't wait to return for my hike to Echo Lake! Oh, and my dog turned into a little adventure puppy!

This stay was spectacular. The cabin is clean and well taken care of. Rod was extremely helpful and very communicative of all needs and questions. The hike to the cabin is pretty substantial. It is not a walk in the woods. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends!

Very nice time

A perfect way to disconnect and disappear into nature. My gf and I had an amazing time in this little cabin. My only word of warning is that the walk from the parking area to the cabin is long and somewhat steep so it’s not ideal for folks who aren’t reasonably fit. We lugged our suitcases up the hill without too much trouble but we’re both very physically active and didn’t mind the trek. Other than that, it’s a perfect respite from city life.

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful cabin. It’s equipped with all the amenities and comforts you could need, and the owner is incredibly kind and helpful. We woke up to breathtaking sunrises over the mountains and ended our evenings by the fire, making s'mores under a starry sky while listening to the peaceful sounds of the woods.

This was such a cool little cabin in the woods nice quiet and secluded peaceful great hiking Enjoyed my stay would recommend.

We did a last minute getaway over the 4th of July with our golden retriever and loved it! Beautiful views, comfortable cabin with Wi-Fi and nice water pressure in the shower. A great place to grill and enjoy a bottle of wine after hiking out back or shopping in nearby Woodstock. Rod was a gracious host who answered all our questions even the silly ones.
