High Valley Hideaway - Wi-Fi, Hot Tub, Smart TV's, BBQ

Loved our stay. The home is beautiful and comfortable. Host left treats and coffee/tea which were great while exploring Mt. Rainier. Loved seeing deer and birds right outside on the property. Wish we could've stayed longer!!

Cannot wait to go back. So many little extras. We didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Not enough stars in the sky to rate this incredible place. Beautiful well-decorated cabin that is spacious and confortable with more amenities than you can think of. Peaceful with deer abound. Host responds instantaneously and offers so many extras to receive you like family. Maybe the best place I have ever stayed!

This property is stunning in its management, decor and supplies to make for a fabulous experience. We encountered some less than pleasant weather outside, but with a property like this, who cares if we had to spend more time inside! The ability to watch deer feeding to the rear of the lodge was very enjoyable. We would definitely try to stay here again if we are ever back in this area.

They provided everything that you could need plus extra. Very modern and clean with lots of space. Fully equipped kitchen and cleaning supplies / toiletries. Very, very nice!

The accommodations were perfect for our weekend stay in Packwood. Location is close to town, which has a little market and restaurants. The property had everything we needed, it's a beautiful home. We also enjoyed the public access to the river, which was just a couple miles away. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again!

High Valley Hideaway has it all! Charming, roomy (with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, plenty of storage space and nooks and crannies everywhere including an extremely oversized closet which would be a perfect KIDZ FORT/sleeping area!), well-stocked kitchen with plenty of everything--even spices and kitchen basics, hi quality towels and bedding galore, games, fire pit outside (try smores with peanut butter cups! mmmm!), multiple TV's....the list goes on and on! Don't count on cell phone coverage with ATT (probably a good thing if you're on vacation with your family), but Verizon was okay. Grocery store nearby kept us well supplied with the things we didn't bring with us. This wonderful cabin was immaculate and was easy to keep it that way with a washer/dryer, broom, vacuum, etc. Would have loved some 409 or other cleaner to do an even better job keeping it pristine. 'Course the piece de resistance was Mt. Rainier National Park and 5 days of the mountain in full glorious view!!! Wildflowers galore in mid-July and unbelievable hikes all over the park. We had a fabulous time thanks to the location, weather, and the wonderful lodging at High Valley Hideaway. Many thanks to the owner and caretakers!

This is the best VRBO EVER! The house is always spotless, I was welcomed with a birthday banner, cake and a candle for my celebration, and it's so cozy and welcoming. The host has thought of simply everything from crockpot to Q-tips and it was way beyond expectations, as always.

Excellent scenery, love the hot tub. Everything was clean, beautiful hated to leave.

Perfect for 3 former sorority sisters now in their 70’s. Cards and cocktails on the deck, nighttime hot tub and morning coffee listening to the birds, COMFORTABLE quiet and filled with amenities.

Best Vrbo we’ve stayed in. Has everything you need. Even has deer right out the window. Although grab groceries before you get to town because the local store has a small selection and is pricey.

Excellent place, very comfortable, most thoughtfully stocked rental we've ever stayed at. We just needed overnight but we wound have lived a longer stay. Near downtown dining, lots of local /outdoor info. Lots of room in the indoor and outdoor layout for people to spread out, or gather for fun.

The property and house our beautiful. We saw so many deer. Gina is very thoughtfull and left a generous welcome gift I wasw sad our stay was so short.

Relaxing stay! Beautiful, clean, and well stocked home exactly as described. More than enough space for my husband, adult daughter, and me. Perfect location for day trips into Ranier and local hiking spots - host provided snacks which were a much appreciated extra touch. Delighted by daily visits from a doe and her twin fawns who ventured right up near the windows. Hope to be back!

This was such an amazing place to stay! Everything was extremely well stocked and SO clean!! The complimentary snacks and coffee/hot chocolate were so appreciated! The games and puzzles were a great way to wind down after hiking all day. The hot tub was also very enjoyable. This is a great location between the Paradise and Sunrise entrances of Mt. Rainier National Park. We enjoyed our stay so much, we didn’t want to leave. This place is a rare find. If you’re traveling to the area and this place is available, I would highly recommend staying there!

This is one of the best properties we have stayed at! Plenty of games to do and has all the necessities you could think of. Truly wish we had more time, but we will definitely be back some day! :) We loved seeing the wild life!

Hot tub. Baby deer that come up to the feeder while in hot tub… immaculate in every way. This is a “wow” factor when staying here.

The house is so cozy and super clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and doing our Asian dishes is so easy. They provide all the species and ingredients for a great meal after the long hike. Besides, we also love the deer visiting the property two to three times a day. It is really a plus to have air conditioning in the rooms during our stay as we feel very comfortable and give us much cooling.Thank you and will book again and no reservations in recommending to our friends and you.

Cabin was perfect. We enjoyed our visits from deer both days. It is a great area for a walk. There were a total of five in our group ranging from 18-52 years old. Everyone enjoyed this stay. The fire pit was great for smores and the hot tub was nice.

This was by far the best vacation home we've ever stayed at!! It was so thoughtfully stocked and laid out. It far exceeded our expectations!Gina was the most amazing host and so friendly and professional. Book this home, you won't be disappointed!! We had an absolutely fantastic stay.

Loved pulling into a covered driveway and seeing fire pit set up. Loved walking up into the balcony and into the beautiful dining, kitchen, living room open concept. Loved walking out into back yard deck with hot tub. Loved the double story living. Most important, loved wakeing up to deer outside ur window.

Beautiful and nicely supplied home with lots of space. Kids loved the deer that came to visit!

Everything about it was great. Close to white pass for our snowboarding adventures. Great host.

This was a really nice spot for our 2 families of 3. Our daughters really enjoyed the bunk bed and room with a TV, and the adults were happy in the hot tub!I also appreciated that the house was properly set up for wet winter activities and had plenty of hooks for hanging gear and even some boot dryers!Would definitely return for another stay!

Amazing stay, it was my boyfriend’s birthday and the host surprised us with birthday decorations and a bottle of wine. House was very clean and had basically anything you could think of; even TUMS! lol. We will definitely be staying here again, and would bring our kids to the property.

This stay was wonderful. The cabin was very comfortable, cozy, and clean. It had everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy and stress free. Overall the stay was better than expected. We would definitely stay here again.

Great cabin - a lot of little extras that maybe it welcoming and comfortable. Just the right size/space for all of us. We enjoyed the hot tub and watching the deer and birds feeding right outside the windows.

My family of 4 had a great stay. There were so many great little features to this place. The kitchen was stocked as good or better than any other rental I’ve stayed in. And it was so good to come back from playing up at White Pass and relaxing in the hot tub. We’ll be reserving this place for next year.

We stayed here over Christmas. This was a comfortable cozy place and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! It was decorated for the holiday down to every detail. Very cute and happy feel. Stocked with everything needed!

We had a girls weekend here with 3 friends and had such a lovely weekend! The house is very comfortable, has a warm cozy fireplace, great hot tub and a fire pit on the deck, all of which we enjoyed! The kitchen was great for cooking and the beds were all super comfy! We enjoyed watching the deer eat from the deer feeders in the morning while we enjoyed our coffee. We would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was awesome. I was surprised that there was so much in the kitchen and what a bonus for the stocked bathrooms. . We couldn't get the fire place to work. I also need an address to return a knife that goes to the cabin. My friend and I were going to use it when we were driving around to cut up apples. I would love to return it. What a wonderful place to enjoy for our little getaway. Thank you!

This is our second time at this rental. Great location, very clean, and one of the best stocked kitchens we have seen. Perfect home base for hiking or skiing or just chilling out.

We attend here for a short girls weekend getaway. We all work in the travel industry and this is the cleanest place we have ever stayed!!!! It was so nice to have a fully stocked kitchen with foil, ziplocks and anything you would need to make a meal. The hot tub was also very clean which isn’t common. I would definitely rent here again, with the family next time.

Nice neighborhood that didn't feel like a subdivision with easy access to the surrounding area.Immediately felt welcomed upon entering cabin looking at a clean, spacious area complete with snacks on the counter and welcome sign. Decorations were wonderfully chosen for both the outdoors and a homey feel. Property manager was easy to get ahold of and took care of any needs quickly. Wonderful place to relax and spend time together after a day of hiking and enjoying Mt. Rainier. Perfect place for our celebration as well. Would love to return!

Perfect for all ages and stages

Well stocked, clean house. We loved having deer corn and bird seed. We saw deer and elk every morning. Excellent location for Mt. Rainier hiking. Gina was very responsive to every question. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening after a day of hiking. And a gas fireplace. Quiet neighborhood.
