Stayed Dec 25, 2025This place and the host were an absolute Godsend when our other reservation didn’t work out!! The cabin was meticulously well-kept and clean! Everything worked perfectly. Tons of linens and cookware. Beds are super comfy. It was super quiet and beautiful on the grounds. Communication was amazing! We will definitely be back there again! Thank you again, Anita!! Stayed May 4, 2025Starting with the positives: the cabin is very nice and seems newer. The location was nice. I did not like that AFTER booking the trip you get a long list of rules from the property manager, which I found to be a bit ridiculous! I understand as a property owner that you need to protect your property from people coming and possibly partying and destroying it. However, this felt like a complete attempt at overcharging and a possible money grab. For example, they want to charge 50 for every 15 minutes that you would check out late after 10 AM. There were no guests allowed, etc. I felt as if I had suddenly signed up to be in some liberal HOA. I would rather stay at a hotel than have such formality. Also as a recommendation to the hosts— don’t mow the grass while the guests are staying at the cabin. We pay to get away from the normal routines and would love to have taken a nap without interruption. Things like this could be done before your guests arrive or wait till afterwards.
