Stayed Jul 6, 2025This cabin/chalet was the perfect retreat for our family! Every description was spot on! (Even the squirrels) This is a home that you can stay in and rest or quickly get to fun outdoor adventures! The fire pit was the perfect way to end each evening! The living room downstairs was a perfect movie watching area for the kids and made them feel independent but still within earshot of the adults! Plenty of room for the nine of us! We will be back!

So much to do at the home that you don't even need to go out to enjoy yourself!! Communication with owner was top notch!! Would definitely recommend to others.....5 plus stars all around!!!

Stayed Dec 26, 2024From the first moment of booking, our host made things so simple! I was able to worry less and enjoy our vacation with all 7 of our kids under the same roof for the holidays. The cabin was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed! We can't wait to go back again!

Stayed Dec 19, 2024We've been doing DC at Christmas time annually for years and have used both Raley and TM to book, homes of all sizes and price points for our average group size of 10-15...4 empty nesters and about 10 young adults. This was our first VRBO and this one checked all the boxes and beat them all overall!! We couldn't believe the value. Beautiful, clean, cozy. And let me tell ya, completely decorated for Christmas. Every amenity: hot tub, fireplaces main and rec room, dining table large enough for whole group (many rentals fail on this), kitchen well appointed, plenty of bedding/blankets/pillows for all, firewood provided, enchanting strung ambiance lighting out and around firepit, pool table, indoor dartboard, virtual golf room. You won't believe what you're getting for the incredible value and you're surrounded by serene woods, yet completely close and convenient to everything. Well done to these amazing hosts! Outstanding job!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024My family and I stayed at this lovely property for Thanksgiving. We had the best time. The property had everything we needed for a four day stay and to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. Our kids loved the game room and mini-put course and the moms loved the hot tub! We enjoy visiting Deep Creek every year for the holiday. The people are friendly, and escaping away to the cabin is always peaceful and enjoyable. We hope to stay in this cabin again in the future.
