This was a super fun little cabin to stay at. Excellent location for playing at Stevens Pass which was the purpose of our trip. Our tween/teen enjoyed having the main house to themselves while we stayed on the bunkhouse. The bed was super comfy and it was well heated. The host had turned on the heat and outdoor lights before our arrival and also provided a handwritten note to welcome us for our stay which was a nice touch. We would totally stay again!
Our family enjoyed our ski trip. We stay in VRBO cabins about five times every year for Stevens Pass ski trips. This place exceeded expectations. Five stars for overall value. About 25 minutes to Stevens. As a frequent renter, here are some of the intangibles that you can’t see in a VRBO add… 1. This place was clean. Free of pet hair (all kids have allergies). Bed sheets were super clean. Kitchen and bathroom were clean. 2. The bunk house had a great outdoor and indoor location to store ski gear. We didn’t have to worry about dragging dirt and water in with our gear. So many places we’ve stayed are very muddy outside. This place was drier than most. 3. Terrain. Flat everywhere. Perfect for young kids, older folks, and parking cars. 4. Property was cool. The separation between the main cabin and the bunkhouse was ideal. Provided an opportunity for personal space if desired. The outdoor space was ideal as well. The covered lanai with a view of the mountains made me want to sit outside with my drink of choice. 5. Host. David was awesome. Seriously. 6. Core memories. All my kids had fun. In particular, my 4 year old skied without the harness for the first time, and finished the night off with some old school play station…the little guy was super pumped. Thank you David!
