Stayed Feb 11, 2026We had an amazing time. The cabin was beautiful and peaceful. The hot tub was perfect for beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We enjoyed a fire every day. The cabin was very clean with plenty of blankets and comfortable furniture. The views were gorgeous, and the drive up to the cabin was not bad. The hosts were very responsive and you can tell they take pride in being excellent hosts. We will definitely book again at Serenity!!

Stayed Oct 10, 2025WE HAD A BLAST !!!Our stay at Serenity was unforgettable wonderful, every day was well spent. Very peaceful and relaxing, while taking in the breath taking view. The cabin was clean and equipped with everything needed. I didn’t need to contact the host during our stay, but it was very easy to reach them prior to check-in. I highly recommend Serenity for your next gateway!!!

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Nice cabin with a beautiful view. Communication with the owners was very easy and they were very responsive. You definitely need an all wheel drive if you go there during winter or rainy season.

Stayed Jul 4, 2025We have stayed any many cabins in the Blue Ridge area. For what we paid for this cabin we were very disappointed! The cabin had such a bad musky smell as if it had been not used for quite some time. We had to get Lysol to spray and open the door to try and air it out. The outside patio furniture you could not sit on for the mold and pollen . Cobwebs on all the windows so not a pleasant view when looking out them. We had to clean mouse droppings out of the bathroom. The main bathroom with a shower did not drain well so you stood in water while taking a shower.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025The property and scenery were beautiful. The drive up is a bit rough but it is a cabin on a mountain so it's to be expected. Overall it was a great stay and the cabin was great.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025Other than the driveway and not having 4WD, this house was perfect. Within 20 min of downtown but secluded. Stunning views and the hosts were very responsive. The one lane gravel roads are a little unnerving but once there, everything was perfect. Hot tub was perfect, foosball and games for family nights and the porches are perfect for reading or napping!

Stayed Oct 21, 2024We enjoy this cabin and what it offered. Loved the hot tub. The owner was very responsive. Good thing he had a bear proof garbage can!! It is very cozy cabin and well stocked. The road is full of divets and pot holes and driveway is difficult getting in and out. We had AWD, thank god for dry weather. Good location to everything.
