Great Location 4 minutes from Patoka Lake Entrance with Hot Tub!

We were able to sit out on the front porch and watch the deer come up into the yard! We loved the cabin nestled back in the woods. The hot tub was amazing! Our little escape/getaway from our busy lives was a wonderful experience.

Everything was really clean and accessible. We enjoyed the quiet time and nature.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. It was clean, cozy, quiet and just what we needed. The big rocks on the hillside provided our 3 kids with hours of playtime and fun. Hot tub was great to relax in after hiking and fishing. The included games were an added bonus, don't forget to check out the games in the sunroom as well. We are already making plans to come back next year!

Clean, cost, well stocked. The host was attentive. We would return.

It was AMAZING! It was quiet, clean stocked with absolutely EVERYTHING you need.

The cabin was very cold. Only heat was from the electric fireplace, none of the baseboard heaters worked. Hot tub inlets were covered in either mold or mineral buildup and did not feel comfortable in using it

We stayed for our 1st Anniversary, cabin is secluded down a gravel lane, but yet in a good location, easy to find. Cabin was nice and clean.

The Cabin was Quite Charming and the Quiet Secludedness was Very Relaxing.With That Being Said, We Unfortunately Experienced a Number of Issues That were Unsatisfactory & Made Our Stay at this Beautiful Little Cabin in the Woods Not So Enjoyable. Below is a List of the Issues We Encountered During Our Stay.Major Major MOLD Issue(s)!!! The Mold Smell is Coming from the Crawlspace Under the Cabin & is Most Noticeable in the Front Bedroom Closet where a Large Cardboard Box & Board were Placed so that the Closet Could Not Be Used to Store Luggage or Clothes. Black Mold In & Around Shower. Mold Behind Upstairs Walls.Fire Extinguisher on Top of Refrigerator Not Accessible without the use of a Ladder or Chair - Very Unsafe!Window A/C Unit Filter Absolutely Filthy & Stinky.Lighting Extremely Dim Inside Cabin, had to Use Lights from Our Phones to Read Anything.No Address Listed Anywhere on Property, Couldn’t Find it at Night.Door Lock Box Difficult to Use.WiFi Password Not Written Down.Numerous Air Fresheners All Over House to Cover Up Mold Smell.No Curtains on Front or Rear Doors, Anyone Can Look Directly Inside.Shower Curtain Allows a Considerable Amount of Water to Drip Onto Floor When Using (most likely causing the Mold in Crawlspace).Mold on Underneath of Hot Tub Cover.No Dressers, Lived Out of Suitcases for 5 Days.The 1st review on this place was from 2 Yrs & 9 Months Ago, some of Our Issues Were Previously Reported But Never Fixed, Hopefully They Will Be Soon!

The cabin wasvery nice, beautiful wood throughout. Very cozy, clean, nicely decorated. Nicely equipped with needful things (toiletries, dishes, towels and pots and pans. Didnt use hot tub but checked it out, it looked very clean and ready to go. Great stay.

Quite retreat

Loved it, so quiet, everything was ready for us, including the fire pit, would definitely stay again, Thank you Nathan, for a great stay. Only thing i would recommended was a light over the table, other than that, Excellent!!

Our stay in Birdseye was relaxing and peaceful. The property was just as described. We enjoyed watching the wildlife and relaxing in the quiet.

Nice and quiet

We got married and didn’t want to travel to far . Cabin was cozy and worked well for us! Hot tub was a huge plus and he a small fire in the fire pit. Cons where there was so many hair balls all over the place could have been cleaned better . I also could not find the remote for the loft tv so we didn’t get to use it at all!

Cute little cabin was the perfect little weekend getaway for my wife and I.

As a mother of two under 5 and a middle school teacher I needed a quiet relaxing getaway and this cabin provided just that! We loved the hot tub and fire pit with provided firewood!

The place was great but with the woods came allergies. Which made the stay less than stellar.

I spent about half a week with my partner here, just hiking and spending time together. It was the perfect amount of space for two or three people, the host answered all my dumb questions, and it was very clean. It was exactly like the pictures, very beautiful! The only possible thing I could complain about is the lack of lighting in the cabin. It gets very dark at night and turning on the lights helps only a little. Definitely recommend!

Stayed for the weekend while in town for a wedding. It was a great location, and was exactly what we needed! A fully stocked kitchen was helpful and the coffee was much appreciated! We enjoyed the hot tub as well. Would definitely stay again!

This is a nice little cabin, but the stairs leading up to the larger bedroom are somewhat steep. Housekeeping could be improved.
