Stayed Jan 17, 2026The place is clean and the view is breath taking. The house is old styled. However, once we arrived there was no dishwasher sponge and no liquids soap in any of the bathrooms. Amentities don’t have an outside trash beans so you need to take all your trash to recycling center located 30min away from the house. Overall, would not stay again.

Stayed Dec 26, 2025Carolina Stay were easy to work with. Reserving and check out were very smooth. I had several questions over several months and my texts were promptly answered irregardless of what time of the day I sent the text.The house was clean and well-appointed. We were astonished that a rental house would be filled with antique furniture and other decor, There were even real quilts. Unfortunately, the mattress in the master bedroom was very soft. Immediately upon lying down, my husband and I rolled together in the middle. He ended up sleeping all 4 nights on the floor. Do not know about the other beds.I did have some issues. The house slept our 8 people easily; however, the table only seated 6. We could have easily seated more at another table pushed against the wall but there was only one chair. I was also disappointed that there were 2 wood burning fireplaces but no wood was supplied. I was told to purchase some on the way. Our vehicle was already stuffed with suitcases, coolers and sacks of groceries. Bringing firewood was not an option. There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms and only 2,dishwasher pods The checkout directions stated that we should put all towels in the washer and start it. No need to wait for completion. However, the evening before checkout we were told that towels should be washed and placed in the dryer. We were leaving very early in the morning and anyone needing a towel had to get up over an hour early to fulfill this requirement.

Stayed Nov 29, 2024Although we were a bit overwhelmed by the drive up to the house, once we got to the house it was absolutely amazing. There were so many thoughtful little details and it just made our stay so perfect. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.
