Gorgeous 4bd/4.5ba | Gated Resort w/ Indoor Pool

Communication was clear, the home is excellent and the location is perfect. It is close to Pigeon Forge (about 12 min drive). Really enjoyed our stay.

The cabin was spacious and well appointed and clean. The floors creeked but it was part of the charm. It was convenient to attractions but far enough to be quiet and beautiful grounds

Our family had a fantastic time during our stay. The property was clean and well furnished and fit our needs to a T. One of our favorite moments was sitting on the back porch in the rain listening to the water in the woods and viewing the forest and mountains. Very peaceful and beautiful. Thanks!

We had such an amazing stay! The cabin was very clean, and a great location. The hosts were extremely responsive to my many questions in booking, and while we were there. Having access to the indoor pool and a small mini golf was great for our kids as well. Look forward to coming again soon! Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay!!! The four bedroom cabin was very spacious, clean and great for our family!!With a full kitchen we were able to cook breakfast and we even grilled one night!! We made some great memories by playing in the snow and playing in the game room!! Our hostesses were great with any little question we had they were Johnny on the spot to answer us!! It was a beautiful cabin. It was a little rough going up stairs for my husband where he had a brain injury a few years ago but we all made sure he safely got up and down them. The Christmas experience in a cabin was a first for us and we loved it!

A very relaxful stay. Has everything a person needs on vacation. I couldnt believe how stock the kitchen was from one cook to another its completely stock.Only thinking its missing is a funnel.. but realt easy to make your own. Its even got cheese graters and all. Dont need to worry about over bring things like i did. Beds are cozy and the hot tub prefect for a relaxful evening. Differently will come back.

Favorite cabin we’ve stayed in! The house had everything we could need for a “moms gone mild” girls getaway weekend! It was clean and the beds were comfy! We loved having 4.5 bathrooms and great space throughout. The location was perfect for shopping, dining, and Dollywood! The owners were super attentive and checked on us throughout our stay. We hope to rent it again for future trips!

The house and amenities are just as advertised. All of our family enjoyed the setting, location and comfortable rooms. Our grandchildren loved the unexpected arcade game, and it came in handy when the weather was cold and rainy. The house is well equipped, and the hosts are easy to reach. We just loved our visit!

The cabin was very nice and roomy. Really liked that each bedroom had own bath with shower. Amenities like hot tub, pool table and TVs nice. No issues.

Simply put , the cabin, amenities , location etc. are OUTSTANDING. Can’t say enough. All future VRBO stays will be compared to this. If coming to the area , don’t waste any time looking beyond Sparrow Nest and pack your bags.

This was a beautiful property for our two families. It was just what we were looking for and had plenty of room for our party of 9. The king beds were very comfortable and spacious. I also appreciated the water pressure in the showers after a long day out. It has everything you need and the owners are quick to answer any questions you may have. If you looking for a quiet beautiful cabin off the beaten path, but still in a community area then this is the place for you. I definitely hope to stay here again in the future! Our family really enjoyed staying at this cabin! The hosts did a wonderful job of communicating with us and made sure we were happy with everything.

Property was in a great location and included everything we needed. And having 4 king rooms worked out very well for us. All appliances were in good working order and the A/C works very well. And the owners were very accommodating and responded quickly.The only issue is I had made an assumption that they had an indoor pool (based on the description title) but they do not. The indoor pool is near the outdoor pool.All in all, this was a great place to stay.

My mother has been to the Smoky Mountains twice and she loved it. She told me that she would love to go one more time. I spoke with my husband, my baby sister, and my baby brother about us taking her and we all agreed. Us five have not been on a vacation together since 1988. Our hosts were amazing! Very quick to respond, very clear instructions, and very informative. The hosts noticed the day after we were to depart, had not booked so they asked if we would like to extend our stay one more day and we took them up on it. The cabin is beautiful, comfortable, and very well stocked. I loved the fact that the washer and dryer were stackable yet full size. The neighborhood was quiet. We had a wonderful time and made some of the best memories. We are forever grateful for the opportunity to bring our mother to the mountains to such a beautiful and comfortable cabin. Again, our hosts were very responsive and very easy to work with. They seemed to be excited for us, which meant a lot to us.

We came with friends and had a wonderful trip. The house was everything we needed to enjoy just hanging around the house. The hot tub was soothing after a day of shopping and sightseeing. We enjoyed playing pool and the miniature golf on the property was a nice surprise. The only thing that I felt was needed is a brighter light in the stairway going to the basement. Be prepared for steps up to the front door and stairways inside the house if that is a problem for you. Overall it was one of the best homes we’ve stayed in.

This cabin was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting in porch swing in the evenings and rocking in the rocking chairs on the porch. The beds were comfortable - the showers plentiful. The hosts kept in touch throughout our stay to check on us. It was very quiet there. I would return.

This cabin is located perfectly with many ways to access from the main strip. This was perfect as we was there for rod run and if you wanted to avoid lots of traffic you could or could easily access the strip. The cabin was spacious and the pool table was used nightly. My kids ages 5 and 7 had plenty of room to play and the multi level deck allowed everyone room to take in the views.

We loved staying at this property. It’s a gated community which we loved. Kids enjoyed the putt putt course and indoor pool. Condo had everything we needed. Kitchen had everything we needed. Easy to get to and close to town. We come to this area frequently and have stayed in many different cabins. This one was one of our favorites.

The home was found as described. King size beds and bathrooms in every bedroom was a plus. Great family weekend getaway. Would recommend to families coming to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Amazing cabin with everything you need. We had older grandsons loved the game room as well as the rooms right on same level. Everything was in place and even needed batteries to change remote but they were there ready. We would stay again and this time even stay in cabin more and less attractions. The cabin was great and had all we needed. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was perfect for a group of ladies. The owner was very responsive to questions and easy to work with.

This was an amazing house and we (party of 8) will definitely come back. I would like to recommend that additional railing be on both sides of stairs and tub mats and handicap handles be placed near tubs.

Beautiful cabin.

This was not our originally scheduled location for our family getaway, but after Hurricane Helene devastated Western North Carolina I had to find something quick. Not gonna lie, I was skeptical that a house of this size and pictured beauty was still available when everything else was booked. However, when I walked through the door I was pleased to see the house was exactly as pictured and described. More than enough sleeping space for our party of 7 adults. And the multiple bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. The neighboring cabins were a little closer than I would have preferred but the design and layout of the resort still gave sense of privacy. Location is great, away from the heavy traffic but yet close enough to take in all the area attractions. The communication with the host from booking to check out was both fast and courteous .

We had to quickly pivot and make new plans for our family fall break due to Hurricane in Florida. This home was the perfect place!!! Not only was it a gorgeous family vacation house, but the host made you feel as if you were family! It is located perfectly to hike, shop, visit Dollywood or just to run to the parkway for dinner. We will definitely be back to stay longer!!

A little tricky to get to with the twisting roads. My husband does not do steps well, but he managed. Everyone loved it.
