Stayed May 16, 2025We really enjoyed our stay here. It was super clean inside with a beautiful view outside your front door. The room was perfect and really comfortable. Could not have asked for a better place!

Stayed Oct 2, 2025Loved the cabin. Lacks Tea Bags for people who do not drink coffee .Also I could not figure out the heat and the air conditioning.Although the weather was not too bad so we were fine.We ate several times in the restaurant. The View. Food was all awesome. Took friends and relatives there.Only thing is they have terrible soft drink. It was 3rd class. That is bad for people like me who love Coke or Pepsi. We had the best time. Will stay there again if we come back to New York. Relatives and friends are close.James and Catherine Edinger

Stayed Sep 25, 2025Beautiful area and location. Restaurant and bar was nice as this is a more remote location. Rooms are lovely clean and roomy. Only down side is the matress. Bedding is amazing but the mattress is just way too soft.

Stayed Aug 11, 2025The housing where we slept was lovely and very clean and fresh. ( Check-in was a little confusing as we had to stop our plans and come to “check-in” at 4pm when we had been busy doing things in Skaneateles. We were not sure why this was a requirement but I did ask directly and were told we had to arrive at 4. It was just a lock box.) Like I said, the room was clean and bright and lovely. However, the restaurant and food there we rated 2 out of 10 and the golf course was not lovely like we expected. I don’t think we will be back. Everyone was friendly-we appreciated that.

Stayed Jun 25, 2025The unit is beautiful inside, just like the pictures, however there were several issues:1. The mattresses were VERY soft and unevenly so. One part was softer than the other so your head was lower than your feet. My husband's back was sore from the lack of support.2. We were unable to use the smart TV. It wouldn't let us access what we needed to and when we tried to communicate our concerns, we had to keep messaging back and forth with the property manager. Apparently there is no one on site or nearby to resolve issues. They had to contact their maintenance team whom we never heard whether they were able to reach them. We stayed there for two nights and never got to use the TV.3. The smell of polyurethane was overwhelming. There was such a strong smell when we entered the cabin that I got a headache the first night and ended up sleeping in the car. We left the windows open all day the following day and that helped somewhat. Thankfully the weather was cooperative to do so.4. The AC was not fully functional. The first night we couldn’t get it to go below 71. I let the property manager know and to my knowledge, nothing was done to fix the unit or check it out.We were offered a complementary one night stay to compensate for our inconvenience, but due to these issues, I don’t think that will be staying here again. We were very disappointed in the lack of prompt attention to resolve the issues.
