Stayed Jul 10, 2025While the property was very spacious, the condition of the property was below standards. Unfortunately one upstairs bathroom leaked into the kitchen, multiple screens were missing from the windows, ants were in the kitchen. Also, be aware there is no AC. On the positive side, the deck was great, there was ample space for eating, ample parking and spacious so we were not crowded.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025This property is in an excellent location within an easy drive to many desirable attractions in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood.For our party of 10, we had plenty of space to both dine together at the very large dining table or gather to watch a movie, as well as retreat to our own private rooms.The bathrooms are all done with high quality finishes, we never had an issue with a shortage of hot water, and the beds were suitably comfortable.The kitchen also had a nice coffee and snack bar, along with a usable island, higher-end appliances, and enough supplies for simple cooking. We cooked dinner 5 of the 7 nights we were there with no problem. Additionally, the propane grill is easy to use and high quality. The high-speed Internet is also very convenient - we often had all 10 of us accessing the Internet while streaming content on multiple TVs. Speaking of which, the TVs are large and also high quality.Overall, we would not hesitate to stay at this property again. Everything appeared to be very serviceable and maintained well. Minor nit-picks: The initial supply of 1 kitchen towel, 3 paper towel rolls, and just a few washer sheets was very minimal for a party of 10 for a 7 day stay. We had to ask for more. To the host's credit, they were delivered within a few hours.There were no towel hooks or rings in many of the bathrooms - we had to hang towels over the shower door or just leave it folded on the counter.

Stayed May 16, 2025The cabin was exactly what we were looking for! It was a beautiful clean place with so much room to enjoy our family reunion. The beds were comfortable, there was a great table with enough room for our group to eat, and even a game table!! We loved this place and the host was quick to answer our questions. We would definitely rent again if we need it!

Stayed Nov 3, 2023Gold Rush Lodge was a very nice venue for our small group. It was spacious, and was a relatively new build. It has a large dining table, a game room and a nice deck. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The street is very quiet. The property management company was very easy to work with.

Stayed Jan 5, 2023We had a blast! everything went smooth, it’s exactly how the picture shows. House is very clean and has plenty of dishes and other kitchen supplies. Cozy and feels like home. I would definitely come back with my family; one of the best rental houses ive been too. && when we went it was snowing! Lil ones had a blast since the front yard is flat and full of snow.
