This Montana Luxury 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Cottage is nestled within a 20 Acre Private Gated compound with remarkable views of Flathead Lake. The Master Suite features a Queen Bed with a new mattress that is very comfortable, Air Conditioning, Smart TV, Starlink High Speed WiFi, Smart TV, Private attached Bathroom with Tub/Shower and a fully equipped Kitchenette with Dishes, Utensils and Cups and features a Mini Fridge, Kuerig Coffee Maker with Coffee pods, Toaster Oven and Microwave. EV 3rd Generation Vehicle Charger. Though small, the Cottage is very comfortable.There is a porch with seating for 2 that offers remarkable views of the the Lake and an Electric Outdoor Grille. *Please read the “House Rules” below before booking your reservation, thank you. HOUSE RULES: We’re honored that you’re considering our property to be your home away from home in Montana. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to assure that your stay with us will be a happy and memorable one. We take our responsibility as Hosts very seriously. Our personal commitment to you as our Guests is to seek to provide you with Luxurious and Restful accommodations with no “surprises”. AGE REQUIREMENTS: Please be advised that Guest Renters must be a minimum of 25 years of age to rent this property. I’m sorry.... There are NO exceptions. CHILDREN: We welcome well behaved children. SMOKING: There is No Smoking anywhere on the property; No Exceptions, Not anywhere outside, Not anywhere inside.... ever. We are located within a strict fire zone. Please respect the policy and know that you risk lives by smoking. If you or your guests need to smoke (anything) this property IS NOT a match for you. This is a 100% Non-Smoking Property. If it is determined that Guest Renter or any Guests of Guest Renter have smoked anywhere on or within the property the Guest Renters occupancy shall be terminated immediately and Guest Renter shall be charged for the costs of a professional cleaning crew and additionally shall be charged all rental days that the property is made unavailable for rental until smoking smell and toxins have been thoroughly eliminated to the exclusive satisfaction of Host. Guest shall additionally receive a 1 Star Rating and a Warning to other Hosts and shall be posted about Guest Renters willful violation of Hosts mandatory No Smoking rental rule. GUEST RENTER: Please, no more than 2 Guests are authorized to stay at the property at any one time ......No exceptions. “Guest Renter” must be present at the time of Check-In and throughout the rental period and will be greeted by Host or Host’s representative at Check-In; “Guest Renter” is required to present government issued identification at the time of Check-in to verify their identity. Unfortunately we do not rent to nor permit pre-entry at Check-In to Absentee, Substitute or Remote Guest Renters acting on Guest Renters behalf or authorization. This is for everyone’s protection. PARTIES: Our property is very special... we think so and so do all of our previous guests (read the reviews). We’ve learned that the best way to assure that the property remains in it’s pristine condition is to maintain and enforce a “No Parties... No Exceptions” Policy and to limit the number of occupants and the magnitude of the gatherings that our guests host.. again thank you for your understanding. Your payment is no guarantee of your continued right to occupy the rental property if you violate any of these rental terms. Please do not test to see if we are serious about enforcing the regulations; we are. PETS: Sorry, Pets are not permitted without the prior consent of the Host. There are No Exceptions. Where consent is given, a charge of $50 per pet per stay shall be paid with the reservation. If approved, Guest is limited to 2 dogs no larger than 30 lbs per dog. Guest further agrees to the strict policy of never leaving their pet alone at the rental property. Were this to occur guest’s rental would be terminated and guest will be required to vacate the property immediately upon guest’s return. There are No Exceptions. PARKING: A limit of 1 Vehicle (Car, Pick-Up Truck or motorcycle) may be parked by guests within the property grounds in the designated space. No trucks (other than passenger vehicles) of any kind are permitted on the property - No Exceptions: PROPERTY: No furniture or personal property located within the Villa or within the grounds may be moved or removed from the property by guests - No Exceptions Damage to or removal of any personal or real property by the Guest’s during their occupancy shall result in the duty of Guests to immediately advise Host of the property’s damage or removal and of Guest’s obligation to immediately compensate Host for the damage or loss. Guest’s rights to stay and remain in possession of the subject property may be terminated at the option of Host and Guest shall vacate property immediately or risk prosecution for trespassing. FILMING: No commercial filming or photography of any kind may be performed on the grounds of this property with the prior written consent of the Host and without Guest first providing Host with proof of an acceptable liability insurance policy naming the property and the Host as additional insureds.... No Exceptions. The above terms and conditions are agreed to by Guests and considered to have been fully incorporated within all other terms and conditions of the rental agreement. This will not be possible without a pre-coordinated arrival time. Additionally, Please Note that Check-Out is by 10:30am without exception as Housekeeping arrives promptly at that time.

    Amazing property with class A views from the cabin I stayed in. It's a small cabin, a couple of 2 at the most, I was just 1 & it was perfect and it had everything I needed. Simple, clean, cozy. Lots of roaming wildlife & nice chill evening walks. Easy parking, gated entry, hot shower H20, great host, cabin stocked with some treats. I'd go back again.

    Bruce was an excellent host. He greeted us, showed us around and gave us great tips on things to see and do in the surrounding area. He also had us some great snacks and essentials for our stay. He was so gracious to allow our 2 small dogs as well as letting us check in earlier than the normal check in time. The gated property is beautiful and the view of Flathead lake is wonderful! The cabin is great for 1 to 2 people. Very small but very quaint. Bath is full size which was a plus. The outside balcony porch is a wonderful addition to enjoy your morning coffee or relax on in the afternoons. I would definitely recommend this cabin if your ever in the area of Somers Montana.

    I had a great experience staying on this property. I was in the area attending UTBS festival in Whitefish so it was a convenient location and offered a relaxing space to unwind each day. Waking up to the view of Flathead Lake and having coffee on the patio was so serene. Bruce was responsive with communication and amenities were exactly what I needed. There is controlled access to the property (which was important to me as a single traveler) and the cottage is cutely decorated, has cold A/C, and a full bathroom. The assortment of snacks was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again!

    If you have never stayed in a cabin, you will probably really enjoy the stay. It's in the pines and has a beautiful view of the lake. It is a couple mile drive up a dirt road. We did not receive check-in information until we were parked at the coded gate. Then we had to call the host to get the information. I read reviews where others had a similar experience. Cleanliness is good.

    Cabin was as advertised. The view of Flathead Lake is beautiful. The cabin is small but the owner left nice little amenities such as coffee, chips, bagels, milk, OJ, shampoo, soap, towels, etc. The manager, Linny was very responsive If you have a lot of stuff (we do), this may not be for you. We were there for a week and had a lot of stuff so this cabin is not very large. I would suggest it is better for a shorter stay or at least one with not too much to bring in. The cabin was very clean.

    Our view from the deck was incredible. This place is as advertised...cozy, clean, modern with nice touches such as a generous supply of food basics and snacks. Bruce was easy to reach and a gracious host. We'd recommend, especially as a couple's getaway.

    Very happy with our stay. As shown in the property description, the cabin is small but well appointed. The host provided snacks, coffee, juice, bread etc. for our 3 night stay. Location of the gated compound is secluded and the cabin has a great view of Flathead lake (when not obscured by the smoke).

    Clean, well maintained, secure with a very remote mountain feel. Only minutes from the lake, docks, restaurants and Tamarack Brewery. Has a camping feel with hotel amenities.

    Bruce, the property owner, greeted us graciously at the gate of this beautiful property. He showed us around, inside and outside, gave us needed direction (TV, amenities, gate code, snacks, etc) and left us to ourselves. To me, the most important element to a VRBO is cleanliness/sanitizing. The moment we walked into the suite, it smelled fresh and was extremely clean. I never saw dust (including fixtures, window sills, etc) - this place was spotless!! Bruce left some great snacks, cereal, OJ, milk, coffee, water. The bedding and towels were luxurious and smelled fresh as well. It is decorated cute and tidy and the views were amazing! Bruce checked in with us via text later making sure we were well taken care of. I cannot say enough about this place and definitely plan a return trip next year. If you need to book, better hurry because this place sells out quickly. The surrounding areas-Big Fork, White Fish, etc are cute little towns with “Big Skies” and a HUGE lake! Can’t wait to return. Thanks to the owner for making our trip great!
