Stayed Nov 20, 2023Not as ‘woodsy/rustic’ as others nearby, but this one fit the bill for our group. Glad to have 4 bathrooms and the hot tub. Kitchen, dining and entertainment areas were all large enough. Generally the lighting was terrible (except at the stairwells), and there was only one hand towel for 4 bathrooms?

Stayed Aug 21, 2018Overall, the cabin was great! We called maintenance for a couple small issues, but they were very responsive and immediately taken care of. I do feel that the bed in the master and queen bed on middle level need to be replaced. I’ve slept in uncomfortable beds before but these seem well past their prime. Too worn down. Other than that, the layout is great in the cabin. The kids loved it too! Many of the pool cues were missing tips, so we called maintenance. We ended up buying a new cue and just donating it to the cabin. We will be back! Contact us if the owners ever want to sell. :-)

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was a great rental property for my family. We are a rather large group with people ranging from ages 2 years old to 55. The house was the perfect size for us with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It's very well maintained and clean. The three levels make plenty of room for everyone without feeling too crowded. The little ones loved the great playground/jungle gym, and the adults had a variety of things to do with the spa, pool table, air hockey, and beautiful grounds to just relax in. The support staff was especially accomodating and responded quickly to any of our questions. We are definitely coming back again. p.s. loved Big Bear Area.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The rental home was OK for the price we paid. It could have been a little more clean and the heating did not feel evenly distributed. The location was good in relation to the slopes. More cleaning supplies should have been included and the cookware needs updating.
