Comfortable king rooms give adults inviting places to recharge, while the twin room adds a fun woodland inspired space for additional guests.



Upstairs, the game area gives the group another place to spread out with foosball, a TV, and comfortable seating for hanging out between games. Outside, the wooded setting becomes part of the experience with multiple deck spaces for relaxing in the fresh air, a covered hot tub for long soaks, and a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs for gathering beneath the trees.

This property is located off a gravel road. AWD or 4x4 vehicles may be preferred throughout some areas of Hochatown and Broken Bow.

During spring months, pollen from surrounding pine trees may collect on outdoor surfaces despite cleaning efforts before arrival.



Keeping doors and screens closed whenever possible helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay.

We recommend bringing groceries, condiments, cooking oils and seasonings, personal toiletries, coffee and creamers, bug spray for mosquitoes and ticks, ice, and firewood with fire starters for the outdoor firepit.
