Galilee Lodge CUSTOM BUILT LOG CABIN NEAR BEACH & WALK TO THE DOWNTOWN, W/VIEW

The good: It was clean and well stocked, and had a lot to offer visitors with a large family. The bad: It's no where near walking distance to town, which is really ok. It's just a short drive and my day didn't really include any time there anyway. The greatest struggle was getting the information on how to get into the house. I did not get any emails from expedia, nor VBRO, nor the owner. I called the owner and she was certainly nice enough and gave me what I needed over the phone.

We love staying at this cabin. It’s always very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. There’s so much space to hang out (the movie room is the best). The kitchen has everything you need. Only complaint is the leaking faucet, but it’s not a huge deal.

It was absolutely beautiful, we had 14 people, the accommodations, were great, we came down for my husband's celebration of life, everything you possibly could need the hose was stocked, definitely will be booking again, the view of lake was just beautiful.

The property was great for our large family. The theater room, slide and outside area was great for the kids! Positives inside the house were:*great shower pressure*having several refrigerators *having several washers and dryers*bedrooms were perfect for our family *kitchen was well equipped *Beds were comfortable (except for the plastic)*Plenty of room for everyone Negatives are just a few…..suggestions:*One washer upstairs not hooked up*Plastic on the beds…..ugh*Toilet on main floor doesn’t flush properly *Kitchen sink faucet needs replacement. It was annoying.*WD40 on all doors!*not enough garage bags provided All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to large families. Very comfortable!

This place held our family extremely well for our family reunion. We had 5 of our children & their families. Lots to do in the basement, air hockey, ping pong, theater room. Lots of games were provided & toys for little kids, too! The kids loved the fantastic pirate ship play house in the back & the slide off the house. Parking was a little tight especially since we had a trailer with toys. The only regret I have is we didn't stay long enough! Thank you for the beautiful place for us to gather as a family!

An awesome home away from home! It was a great place for our large family group! It perfectly met our needs in a convenient location, picturesque setting with a breathtaking view of Bear Lake. The hosts are responsive, kind, and so wonderful sharing their beautiful home. Thank you!!!

Very cabin feel. Pros: lots of beds, bathrooms, wonderful play rooms, movie room and outdoor play areas, 2 refrigerators . Great for families. Cons: couldn't use patio because of wasps and covered with debris, front step is hazard, leaky kitchen water faucet, no laundry soap provided, poor wifi. Overall with a few minor inconveniences, we had fun.

This place had something for everyone. We really enjoyed it. The view of Bear Lake was just breathe taking.

The views are stunning. I went on winter, I bet summer it's better.Pretty relaxing, lots of things to do, play and watch a movie in the theater room.Loved it overall.

Very nice property, perfect for our large family, clean, comfortable, everything we were looking for. Our family really joyed the pirate ship swing set, the game room and the movie room. Well appointed kitchen. Wonderful views of Bear Lake and close to everything. Host was great to work with, we highly recommend this cabin and would certainly stay here again.

Galilee Lodge was clean and spacious. The well-stocked kitchen was beautiful and accommodated a large family gathering. The Great Room was an awesome meeting place! Indoor games entertained children, teens, and adults for hours! It has a beautiful view of the lake and a wonderful backyard for children. The Theater Room was awesome! We would recommend a couple of repairs to improve convenience and safety at this location: -Repair and service the worn rollers and closing mechanism of sliding glass door, behind dining table. -Repair broken wooden balcony railings/posts of the upstairs bedroom balcony (facing Lake). -Repair loose (potential tripping hazard) carpet by Foosball table, at the junction of carpet and tile flooring. -Consider downsizing the heavy, inconvenient dining room chairs! Those loose seat convers can pinch fingers when you try to move a chair while seated!

Out entire family, Grandpa and Grandma, kids and grandkids had an amazing stay in Bear Lake. Our Vrbo rental exceeded our expectations! It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare the meals that we chose to eat in. The beds were comfy. The grandkids LOVED having the bunk room to stay in! The location was close to the activities we had planned. The entire family had a wonderful time! Thank you!

We had a wonderful time here! It was spacious enough that our group of 23 didn't feel we were on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked and having two fridges was fantastic. The kids loved the basement and theater room. The slide from the deck and the pirate ship playground was a huge hit with the littles. The adults loved sitting out on the deck for the beautiful view of the lake. The beds were comfortable. It was a reasonable drive to everything we wanted to see and do. The only downside is there were quite a few bees/wasps on one side of the deck where the BBQ was. We did get a quick response from the owner and that was great. Sadly pest control couldn't make it there during our stay. But things like that are not unusual during the summer months and did not ruin our stay.

The property was very good. Location and number of bedrooms fit our needs perfectly. The only problem was one of the refrigerators ice maker did not work. Everything thing else was great. We all loved the view of the lake.
