Gaither Mountain Cabin close to Compton, Ponca & Branson

Beautiful view and clean cabin with we’ll equipped kitchen.

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The views are absolutely beautiful and one of our favorite things about staying here. The bed is very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring and riding. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. We really appreciated having access to the garage for parking our motorcycle. The host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay and we would gladly return again.

The place was clean and very nice. Loved the back deck. The bbq grill was very undesirable. GOS stopped me one driveway too soon but I easily knew it wasn’t correct. A hot tub would be the only thing missing to make that a little slice on Heaven. I’d recommend this place to anyone. Amazing sunrises. I’ll stay there in the future if I go do anymore hiking.

Wonderful Place!!!! The daytime And Nighttime views are completely different but equally beautiful. The screened in porch area was very nice. Comfortable Bed and Great Kitchen.

This was literally the perfect property. The property was well stocked with everything you could need, the AC and WiFi worked well, and the views were unbeatable. There are a couple of chairs on the back porch facing the amazing views, but there is also a wonderful screened in porch with several seats. Just so that people know what to expect, coming from Dallas we found this place very serene...but you can hear the engine brakes from trucks in the distance at times. We were not in the least distracted by it and nature pretty much drowned that out. But it's helpful to know what to expect. As you drive in, you will see other properties along the road, but once you pull up to the cabin you will think you are alone in the world. You can't see anything else from the cabin but the beautiful nature and the farms down below. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. I only wish we could have stayed longer. This is definitely where we will stay the next time we are in the area.

We needed a break from life and this cabin and location was a perfect getaway. Quiet, clean, well stocked, decent internet, and views that bring peace to the soul. The screened-in sitting porch was a favorite reading spot and the beds were super comfy. It’s definitely a visit again kind of place.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views, cool mountain air. A very quiet neighborhood. Sitting on the deck enjoying the peace and quiet was heavenly!

The cabin was amazing! View was just what you need in the early mornings! Kids lived staying there. Was very well stocked. Will definitely be booking again sometime.

The VRBO was stunning. The view from back porch was breathtaking. Watching the sunrise while on back deck was absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful. I would highly recommend staying at this cabin.

Was looking for a peaceful get away and this was it! The view alone is soul soothing - watching the sunrise and then the moon rising later. House is great, especially for a couple. There were some issues with the cleanliness, but spoke to the owner who is dealing with a new cleaning service and had not been made aware that the service was not doing their job.

We really appreciated the views and the solitude of this cabin. Estee was very responsive as a host.

Beautiful place gorgeous view. Very serene and short drive back down to town. Cabin is near restaurants and hiking trails 30 min away. Cabin had plenty of utensils, dishes, towels, and even a laundry room. Telescope was a bonus to see stars at night. Only thing I would recommend is to double Check lint/hair on the sheets. I had to re-wash all bedding and use sticky roller to remove it for my son for upstairs bed. Other that place was perfect.
