It was a great cabin that was relaxing and comfortable

Property was very nice except the remotes were in pretty bad shape and being held by electrical tape. One of the arcade machines did not work. And Lady Bug infestation which was odd considering it was December.

This cabin is huge, there is plenty of space to go sleep without being disturbed by the others in the cabin. I would say the only downside is the street and and driveway if you are on motorcycles. If you are in a car, no problem, but it’s really steep and there really isn’t anywhere flat to park a motorcycle. I think there was a warning somewhere about the parking but I would just really emphasize it going forward.

We enjoyed all the activities for kids…pool table, ping pong, table, video games.

If you have kids, this place is great!! 2 stand up arcade games! Ping pong! Huge big screen protector TV! Took my son with could of friends for his bday! Really enjoyed it! Close to town too!

House was cool. Great property for families with kids as there were plenty of games to play! Property furniture was worn down. Fans made noise and the fridge didn’t cool groceries. For the price, the property should have a working fridge along with an ice maker. It had 1 tray for ice and a sticker on the fridge explaining why it doesn’t coolFridge. Buy a new- better fridge for the money you make off the properties! People come in and expect to go the grocery store and have food in the fridge that will cool.We own properties and we replace items as they age. I was disappointed in how dated it was but overall a spacious property with great accommodations and great proximity to everything we wanted to do.

Floors were dirty, especially the porch. Dust on fixtures, blinds and ceiling fans. All tables in the house are wobbly, needs to be updated. The stool for the hot tub should definitely more sturdy, it is not enough for entry and exit. All the chairs on the porch were completely covered with dust and debris from wood bees. Wood bees on the front porch and the back side of the porch. The description of the coffee machine was inaccurate, it states coffee pot and that you need filters, but actually there is a keurig option, that would been nice to know! Front stairs to get in were very bent and warped and the large wooden windows are very dirty! Just needs updating and a real good cleaning. Kitchen, beds and bathrooms, no issues there. Location is great!

Everything was great. Would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time. It's so close to all of the attractions. We loved the amenities so much that we would only go out and see a couple of things and spend the rest of the time in the house. Very clean, thank you.

Everything was great. However, 1ice cube tray in the freezer for 10 people was a bit ridiculous! Would it have been too much to ask that the refrigerator have an ice maker?

Some pictures should be updated online for a more accurate representation, and water leaks possible in the restrooms (they didn't interfere but one can hear dripping). The hot tub was wonderful but very snugly positioned on the main level deck. We didn't have any problems using half the hot tub, which also helped keep the water hot (winter).

The cabin was very clean and had everything you could possibly need for an extended stay.

The cabin is in the woods, so there were a few dead bugs....great..pest control was working. There are no closets in the bedrooms, but that was fine, there were dressers. The cabin was the best stocked cabin I've ever been in. From dishes, to linens, complimentary toiletry and kitchen consumables, games, cookware, everything was in the cabin. Check-in was simple. We will definitely be renting this cabin again!

Great place for 2 families of 4. Plenty to keep the little kids and teenagers entertained and plenty of space.

We rented for a short trip to meet up with the In Laws for my daughters sweet 16th birthday. Had such a fun time, clean & easy check in. Not far from the parkway, We had no issues & would stay again

Cabin had what we needed and was a great location just off the main road in Pigeon Forge.

We rented this cabin for an extended weekend trip with our children and grandkids. It is in an excellent location close to everything in Pigeon Forge and easily accessible with a car. We enjoyed our stay here. The check-in/out process is very simple. There is an app that needs to be downloaded but it is very helpful, with information about the cabin and the surrounding area. The free tickets were a nice perk. The only issue was with the jacuzzi tub needing the keys to be cleaned but that old not stop me from stayin here again. Overall 5 star rating!

However there were antique items that rocked, leaned or wasn’t sturdy!! The WiFi wouldn’t work in the living room, nor the theatre room also they should update picture there is no longer a popcorn machine in the theatre room! The game room had 2 games but the joysticks had no cords to sync them which defeats the purpose!! The pool table needs to be placed in a new area instead of upstairs because it’s old and the pockets are loose so if you make it in the pocket sometimes the ball flies out and lands all the way downstairs which is dangerous!! But other than that I enjoyed my stay!!

The property and cabin were very nice. The home was very comfortable and clean. We enjoy cooking and found the kitchen nicely stocked. The only mild negative comment is only 1 closet for hanging clothes and no pantry. Very minimal, if any, impact on the stay. It is central to almost everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. Will definitely stay again.
