The stay was beyond our expectations. The outdoors experience was our favorite part. From the dock to the fire pit, to sitting in the sunroom just enjoying the view - so enjoyable! There are multiple areas to gather and plenty to do without leaving the property. We were visiting our daughter at Harding and it was really nice to have a place to gather and enjoy some quality family time!

The hosts were fantastic to work with, offering things for my family to do while we were there and quickly responding to any messages I sent. The home was beautiful and well-furnished, secluded, quiet and cozy. My family of 7 loved the space to spread out and do their own thing while still having enough space to accommodate us all for dinner around the table. The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying the evenings together. They're working on a stunning outdoor kitchen option, I can't wait for our next trip back so we can use it! The river was beautiful at every point of the day, from the cool fog rising in the morning to the evenings spent on the dock fishing. Overall, one of our favorite places to spend a family vacation, we'll definitely be back.

Super clean property, Nikki was super communicative with any questions we had. Everything we could've wanted and more. The pictures are nice, but you just HAD to be there in person! 10/10 would book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! Everything was great! We were pleasantly surprised by the addition of the basement area. An added space for the kids to spend their time was so nice! The dock area was great to fish off or just enjoy the water. We will definitely be staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was very relaxing and quiet. We caught A LOT of trout right off the dock. The inside of the house is updated and the host are very accommodating! We would not hesitate to go back!

House was perfect for our family graduation trip. We made a weekend of dinner, games, and fishing. We had plenty of space to play inside and out. House was perfectly furnished in bathrooms and kitchen. Just were kind and generous.

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. We were in the area for our son's graduation from Harding. It was the perfect place to get away and relax! We would happily stay here again. The hosts were great. Thank you for a great stay!

We were there to fish. It is a perfect location on the river. The house is very comfortable. Loved the living srea overlooking the river. All the windows overlooking the river w were an added plus. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time fishing off the dock and caught multiple trout every day. We also enjoyed playing games in the evening ( Pass the Popcorn was the favorite) and making dinner together. Loved all the seating areas and the house was comfortable, well stocked for any need and cute! Only issue we had is wifi isn't good in area at all so couldn't watch tv and my hubby had to drive to a tower to be able to work. lol We will totally be coming back for more fishing getaways.

We had a great week staying here. The view over the water was great and the house was perfect. Far enough out of town to feel removed, but close enough to restaurants and town to grab what we needed. Fishing was great from the dock and the host was fantastic. 10/10 recommend.

We were in town for a boxing tournament in Searcy. It's easy to get stressed out during these events worrying about weights/opponents/cardio/etc. However the sun room on the back of the house was calming and inviting overlooking the river. We even caught a few rainbow trout off the dock! It was a great, well stocked house only 2 minutes from available fuel, diners, and a dollar general!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful property with dining and lounge areas overlooking the river. The area is beautiful, especially with all the fall colors and leaves falling. Very comfortable home—well appointed with everything you need. Communicative, helpful hosts. We plan to stay again!

Great getaway! Just what we had in mind

This place is awesome in every way! Location was great and easy to find. The view was awesome! The owners have really out did themselves on this one! The amenities were well above average! I would definitely recommend this place for a family weekend getaway or trout fishing weekend. Cant say enough about this place!

We picked this place because it was halfway point for a sisters getaway. The river house is beautiful decorated, very clean, comfy beds, and homey. Also, the views are amazing!!! The basket of snacks was much appreciated after a long rainy drive. I would definitely stay here again!!!

The house was perfect and had everything we needed and wanted. The view was amazing, we're gonna miss that. Neighborhood was safe, enjoyable to walk and had lots of birds. The location was 20 minutes from shopping, beautiful waterfalls and hiking. Pangburn is a little gem too. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!

I fell in love with this place! The private dock was perfect for fishing and allowed easy access to kayak. The house was cozy, very clean and the view of the river was absolutely breathtaking. Nikki, the property host, was great. She was kind, responded quickly and provided us with everything we needed. I look forward to staying here again.
