Just what we were looking for. A nice secluded cabin in the woods way up on the mountaintop that peaked through the woods to the majestic smokie mountains in the distance.

Exceeded our expectations! We truly couldn’t have asked for better. It was a wonderful experience and such a beautiful place for our daughter to be proposed to. We will always cherish this memory.

Everyone, including myself books a stay at a specific location based on the location of the property obviously but primarily on the property photos provided on a listing. The house photos on the listing were accurate. The house itself is great & well maintained. The issue is the exterior (property) we're not as shown on the listing. 1. The outdoor space, one of the main reasons I picked the property, is inaccurate. Listing shows new natural wood benches & globe fire pit. The benches are very weathered w/ insect damage & no globe fire pit.2. As you drive up to the property there is a large construction debris pile beside the property. It is a huge eye sore.3. No covered carport to park under as on listing.4. Structure on the property not shown on the listing. The structure does not appear to maintained like the house. My wife felt uneasy about the situation since nothing was shown about this structure right beside the house and parking area. Way back in the woods with a unmentioned, unlit structure directly beside you.5. Most windows do not have any blinds or curtains to close for privacy or at night. Upstairs windows have nothing all around the bed6. The listing did mention 4x4 needed in the winter months. The roads to access the property are 100% dirt road gravel. We just stayed in August and no rain. Areas are step & step turns that would make it hard for anything but a suv/truck to access the property. We would not stay here again. Listing needs update

It was romantic, very secluded. One of the comments did mention needing an SUV to get up the incline, agreed. Fortunately we had one and it wasn't rainy or anything, but I could see it being a problem.

This cabin exceeded our expectations in every way. We loved the location, and of course, the cabin itself. The listing accurately details the property. Communication was great, and they also accommodated a late request for a later check out. Overall great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really do not think there are enough good things to say about this place. The view is amazing whether inside the cabin or sitting on the front porch. The architecture is beautiful. The inside is very well maintained. All appliances are high end & the house is well stocked. The full bath is large & has an amazing jetted tub & nice stand-up shower. The decor throughout the house really stands out with the pops of color against the wood. I would definitely recommend 4WD or AWD. We hope to continue coming back to this spot. It is a small treasure in the woods.
