Family Memories-Theater Room, Wet Bar, Swing, Arcade, Pool Table, Swing &FirePit

We absolutely loved this property! It was incredibly accommodating for our family, especially traveling with a child with special needs. The cabin was extremely comfortable, very clean, and exceptionally well maintained.The hosts were wonderful. We had a small hiccup when I misplaced the email containing the check-in instructions, but they were so kind and understanding when I reached out. Thankfully, I found the information, and their responsiveness and friendliness were greatly appreciated.Overall, this cabin exceeded our expectations, and we had an excellent stay. It is conveniently located very close to the Pigeon Forge Parkway while still offering the peaceful feeling of being tucked away in the mountains. It was the perfect balance.We had an absolutely fantastic time and truly appreciated the opportunity to stay here. We will definitely be looking for this property again the next time we visit the area. Highly recommend!

Great cabin! The owner was able to handle all of our issues, including ordering a part for the projector to get it up and running! Would definitely recommend.

Great cabin in a Great spot close to everything! clean and as clean as as we would keep our home! It passed the smell test when we walked in! Also the road in is easy and parking is great for 1 vehicle! maybe 2!

Bigger house than expected. In town for a wedding, worked well.

It was very beautiful cabin. Hot tub was very. Comfortable and hot, rooms very nice kitchen beautiful had everything you can ask for in it. Only one thing the grill needs a top.

Very clean and we were actually able to use the hot tub which hasn’t been the case in the past few cabins we’ve stayed at. Convenient to major attractions and restaurants.

Exactly as advertised! Beautifully appointed. Exceptionally clean. Every room was comfortable and well thought out. The location was great. Only minutes to all the action but far enough off the path that it was quiet and serene. We spent hours on the porches and soaked in the hot tub every day. Just what we needed!! Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed staying in this cabin. It has plenty of space and everything you need. It's close to all the attractions. Just a few cleaning details under the beds and furniture, the mirrors are a little dirty, everything else is excellent.

The cabin was beautiful and perfect for our family! One night, we even opted to stay at the cabin instead of go into town. Check-in was so simple and easy and all you have to do is show up.

Loved the house, the top floor with pool table, arcade game & theater was a big hit. Essentials were provided which is rare. Close enough to attractions & restaurants but yet quiet . Will rent again.

This cabin was beautiful and perfect for our family. The kids loved the theatre room, arcade games, and pool table. We loved how spacious the cabin was and well maintained. The owners were so polite, helpful and fantastic to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! Everything was clean and as advertised - great location - lots of room. Some favorites were reading on the front porch, playing pool as a family in the upstairs game room, playing Monopoly at the large kitchen table, and having a puzzle going at the side table. Our only regret was not having more time to enjoy the cabin and amenities. Great getaway!

Stayed 3 nights at family memories which exceeded y expectations. It was a very clean, comfortable, lovely cabin. The owners were in touch daily to ensure we had no privacy problems. They truly care that their guests are happy and satisfied. Don’t hesitate if you are looking at this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at Family Memories. The cabin was clean and in a great area. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching the birds. The game room and movie room were both a lot of fun. Location was great, we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our family of 4. Could actually have 2 more adults and the kids could sleep on pull outs not problem.

Everything was as advertised. The hot tub and jacuzzi in the master suite were great. Kitchen was well appointed. The kids absolutely loved the arcade game and pool table and nine-ball tournaments became a nightly tradition.

The cabin was in a great location. Easy to get to and close to local attractions. Our 3 & 5yo had so much fun playing in the cabin and both asked to stay longer. A couple small issues (nothing that would deter us from returning), so let the woman we were supposed to notify when we check out what was going on and she messaged back she would look into it. Definitely a cozy stay!

Overall, our stay was good. The property was located in a quaint location not far from Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg, with easy access to family activities. Our kids enjoyed the pool table/ arcade and cinema room, with exception of a few minor suggestions for future improvements: 1) Check-in could have been smoother. It may have been overlooked, but we thought there was a key located in the lock-box in the front of the unit. Turns-out we had to go around back. No biggie. 2) The unit looked clean on the surface, but further inspection revealed food under the mattress and behind the headboard in both bedrooms. Dirt and dust were also clearly visible on the doors, blinds, and corners of the rooms. 3) The projector bulb in the theater had a bad bulb (showed replace soon on start-up). So, there was a yellow line about 3/4 of the way down on the screen during our family movie. Again, these “issues” didn’t hamper our stay, just suggestions for future improvements to help others’ stay.

Great Cabin in a great location!

Cabin was very nice. We noticed the clean smell as we walked in. The game room was perfect for our kids. The owner was super fast to respond to any questions. I don’t think I have ever had such a quick response. Definitely our favorite place we have stayed in Pigeon Forge. This is highly recommended!

I highly recommend this property! The owner answered all of my questions right away and gave important information without me having to ask since we were traveling right on the heels of the hurricanes. The property was in a lovely neighborhood, close to the main drag but far enough away to feel peaceful. Check-in was extremely easy and so was check-out. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
