Family Cabin w/ Private Hot Tub, Arcade & Gated Resort Pools, Near Dollywood

Very nice well mantained property- had a minor issue upon arrival- owner had great prompt communication-with a maintence person there within minutes. Canin is not far from pigeon forge- but far enough out that it is away from the hussle and bussle in a very nice gated community. We will definately be back- hot tub was amazing- little arcade game was alot of fun- wrap around porch was great!

The amenities in the house weren’t great. The hot tub didn’t heat up, the pull out couch upstairs was broken, stains all over the carpet upstairs, the beds were hard as a rock, broken chairs and tables, the outside grill was gross, there wasn’t an air hockey table, the back door didn’t unlock hardly, the whole place was so dusty, I reached out to the renter and never got any answers back, the WiFi didn’t hardly work, tv in the main bedroom didn’t work, the fan didn’t work. It was close to stuff to do and places to eat.

We enjoyed our stay in this cabin however there are several downsides. The cabin is on a very steep hill without a private driveway so your vehicle is always at an incline. The hill is decently difficult to walk on for young children. We noticed several things needing fixing in the cabin upon arrival. I did reach out to the host immediately but did not receive a response. The toilet in the 2nd bedroom on the main floor’s bathroom would spray water when flushing. We were unable to use that bathroom during our stay because of this. The pullout sofa in the loft is broken to the point of not being able to stow it away. Several legs on the pool table are completely broken off and the table is just resting on top. There were also several issues with cleanliness that led to the lower rating. We found a used qtip in one room, noticed things under the beds, the master bedroom toilet had some nasty brown stains under the toilet bowl lip, the shower heads could use a better cleaning, the fridge needs a new filter, and there were tons of small gnat like bugs in the cabin. None of these things ruined our trip by any means, but we believe fixing these things would make a stay here more enjoyable for our guests!

The cabin it's self is very nice. House keeping had missed a bathroom trash can, floors need mopped, human feces missed on the wall and base board in the 2nd bathroom. On the plus side, the beds were comfy, plenty of towels were provided.

Not too far from the main strip of Pigeon Forge while still making the location feel like a cabin in the mountainsWe appreciated the cleanliness and amenities available!The two bathrooms are inside the two bedrooms, so anyone who is not staying in those rooms will have to enter either of the bedrooms in order to go :)

Stay was great. Location to attractions diffrent things to do around the cabin. Indoor pool was fun mini golf and soaking in the hot tub.

Upon arrival, the fire alarm was beeping constantly so we had to remove the battery. One of the big windows in the living room area had no blinds, thankfully the neighbor didn't have a window where they could see into our cabin. The upstairs sleeper sofa was broken and was just in a pile because the sofa bed wouldn't go back down into a couch. The hot tub had no water in it so we had to fill it up but it didn't ever heat up so it was broken also. The only reason we stayed in a cabin was to be able to enjoy the hot tub, so next time we will save our money and just stay in a hotel room.

Host answered all of our questions. The cabin was nice and clean. We had eight people in total and the pull out bed was broke so it made things a little difficult for sleeping situations. The TV in the master with the big tub sound kept going in and out and very static. The hot tub buttons didn’t work. For the amount of money we paid it would have been nice for those things to work properly but other than those we had a fantastic time. The view was nice the property was very clean and enjoyable.

Cabin was very nice, great amenities. Everything was as described in the ad. Location was great, close to everything. Plenty of room for everyone. Host was was great as well. Can't wait to plan another trip.

We got into pigeon. Forge heard about the big snowstorm coming. We never even went to the place. We turned around and left and went back home.

The hot tub was amazing. Cabin was clean and comfortable.

The cabin was great. Well stocked, easy to find. The star of the show was the wrap around porch. I could live there.

Beautiful property located conveniently to town and all attractions. Yet, nestled in a beautiful area that hosts the beauty and quiet of the smokies. Beautiful cabin.

Very upsetting to pay a cleaning fee and it not be clean upon arrival for our stay. Lots of broken items and bowel movement smeared on the floor. The hot tub smelled like mold and not a drop of chlorine in it. Cute cabin but it needs some TLC.

Great loacation. The outside could have been cleaned up. Could use an update. But overall we had a good time.

Had to ask for access code to enter cabin, air conditioner not working upon arrival! Called service man, waited for repairman. Would not consider high end as advertised! Dirty socks found from previous guests! Water hose for hit tub just left laying around the deck, no cover on the electrical box nearby. Not enough towels, closets contents are literally just thrown all over, vacuum left behind door, not even cord wound up- not considered high end at all! Location nice, would stay at different cabin in the future.

My family of 6 enjoyed our week here! The owners were very helpful. When one of my children messed with the thermostat and shocked the system. The owner was vigilant and had someone come out and remedy the situation even though it was late at night. Can't recommend this cabin enough. Will definitely be coming back

The property is nice. Had everything we needed. Definitely could have been cleaned better.Myself and my friends are in housekeeping as well. Other than that, our stay was exactly what we needed.

We enjoyed our stay here. There are some things that could be updated in the cabin, but overall it was very clean and cozy. The host was very helpful and wanted to ensure we had a great experience. Location is great as well- a secluded, mountain view, but only a couple miles from the main strip.

Wonderful view. Peaceful. Had an awesome time in the hot tub. Grandson enjoyed the game room. Shopping and restaurants not far off at all. The cabin was extremely clean.

Wonderful cabin and location!!! Had everything we needed and was close to everything yet far enough out we felt like we were the only ones there. Felt very safe and right at home.

Had to ask for the entry code when we arrived, was not informed before arrival. The outside stair rail was broken off(they did come and fix) not enough towels and they argued that they left them when they cleaned.( we had 4) Couldn’t use closets because when you open the doors stuff fell out at you, looked like everything was just thrown in. There isn't an air hockey like is pictured upstairs and the couch(pullout bed) wasn't even put together, they had just thrown sheets over the top, the twin bed needs a mattress not unless you like sleeping on springs. The deck band board is coming apart from the actual deck, you can see the complete nails not attached to anything, the owner needs to know about this for repairs, not safe to use deck or hot tub for that matter. we were gone most of the time and only saw the deck a day before we left.I did ask if the cabin would be decorated for Christmas and was told yes, but the only decoration was a wreath on the front door and a miniature tree on the mantel.

We had to make calls to get code to get in the house. Rail is broken on steps. Tiny parking space. 3 spoons in kitchen. Bathroom entry’s are inside bedrooms.
