Falling Leaf Cabin Rustic Charm With Modern Decor! Newly Renovated Kitchen!

Fourth time here and it never gets old!!! absolutely gorgeous!

Very romantic and a beautiful quiet wooded setting. We only marked it down due to electrical issues. The fireplace creates the perfect atmosphere but a noisy fan cut in after about 20 minutes, which kind of ruined the romance. Same too with the fridge, even set to normal the fan continued often for ages.

Lovely cabin in a beautiful area of the Shenandoah. Cabin was well equipped for a short stay. Would like to have had TV and appliance instructions (coffee pot, dishwasher and TV channels and how to access).

The cabin was cozy and warm in this wintry weather. The host was easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly.

Cabin was as described and easy access with great communication with the host.

Wonderful cabin, we enjoyed our stay

Cabin was comfortable and we appreciated the old beams for the cabin. A basic spice rack was missing that in my experience is in most STRs. We found free wifi misleading because the internet connection is only DSL so very limited bandwidth. The cabin is in a mountain subdivision so the neighbors could be seen and heard. I don't regret staying here but we won't return.

It's a great place for 2 people, the main bathroom is on the first floor, the best bedroom is upstairs.

The cabin was very cute and quaint. It wasn’t cleaned great! It was cob webs and the downstairs bedroom smelled like a wet basement. So we couldn’t use that room. Possibly having a humidifier down there will help with smell. The bathtub had the grimy dirt in between the cracks. A good comet and bleach will lift that dirt grime up. Other than that! It was in a good location and close to their downtown area. The house hot tub was amazing! The scenery was very nice! The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook everyday we were there and didn’t have to get anything. Would definitely stay again if they handled the items above for sure!!!

This cabin was fantastic! So comfortable and cozy - it was a perfect place to rest and relax after hiking or boating. We will definitely be coming back!

Great location and very clean.

This stay was perfection. The photos are exactly what you get on arrival. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the instructions were clear, check-out expectations were fair and basic, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We used the hot tub, grill and fire pit - and all were great. We stayed for three nights and could have easily - and happily - stayed for many more.

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at Falling Leaf Cabin and had so much fun! We had meals at The Chop House Bistro, Dsrk Horse Irish Gastro Pub, West Main Market Beer and Wine Garden, Gathering Grounds Cafe and Glen Gordon Manor - all were fantastic! We loved the back deck and were often relaxing and reading our books out there. The hot tub was the best - seeing the fireflies at night in the yard was special. The beds were comfortable and Andrea was available for any questions we had. We will be back for sure

Cute cozy cabin in a great location. Was perfect for stopping in Luray, taking hiking trips to Shenandoah National Park, or just staying in. Had a wonderful time! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cabin in the area.

20th Anniversary weekend getaway. Perfect setting, quiet and peaceful. Luray had enough to do, food, entertainment etc. Wonderful weekend.

Great location! It provided the perfect space to unwind. I image the view changes with each season, but always beautiful with a feeling of privacy.

It was an ok stay. Definitely not worth the money though. Communication with owner wasn’t good, always came off as rude. Wasn’t the cleanest. Also wish there had been something to say what was near by. Was told about the river but when you go to it there’s all private property signs so what we thought we’d be able to enjoy we couldn’t. Overall disappointing stay and a waste of money.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Falling Leaf Cabin. It was just what we were looking for. The cabin had a nice log cabin feel and the fire place and hot tub really made it all come together.

For Christmas my partner and I decided to book a weekend trip away together. Falling Leaf Cabin was perfect for the occasion. The town, the views, and the hot tub were all amazing. Just what we envisioned and wanted. The cabin was warm and cozy. Perfect for the two of us but could definitely fit more. We are looking forward to coming back for a longer stay! Thank you!

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with the cleanliness and the minimal nature of the cabin. The highlight was the gas fireplace that warms the entire cabin and the hot tub outside. Beds were very comfortable, linens provided along with plenty of towels. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils, plates, etc. Although wi-fi is a little slow, was able to stream shows on our iPad and AirPlay to the TV. Even though the cabin is semi-isolated from the neighbors, we never felt unsafe or cut off from civilization. Centrally located about 10 min from Luray and 30 min to New Market or Front Royal and 45 min from Skyline Drive. After a full day of hiking or exploring the caverns, we loved retreating to our cabin. Enjoying the hot tub under the stars with the cold air was so refreshing and then curling up in front of the fireplace to finish the night. In the morning, letting the fireplace warm the cabin was icing on top. Andrea was very kind and communicative. Highly recommend using her cabin - enjoyed every moment in the cabin!

The cabin was clean and comfortable in a very nice setting, in the woods overlooking the river. Everything was as described in the listing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely return!

My husband and I both loved this property. The location was absolutely beautiful. The set up of the house was sweet and very quaint for the 2 of us. Everything we needed was provided for cooking and linens so we didn't have to worry about packing those things. The only issue we did have was a bit of cleanliness. With it being a log house spider webs are expected but there were water bottles left under beds and glasses weren't thoroughly cleaned. Just a few small things of that sort minus that we would absolutely stay again. The host was amazing with details and check in.
