The pictures do NOT do this place justice! Water looked Caribbean-like. Firepit was awesome with Adirondack chairs! It will be an annual destination for this Nashville family!!! We loved the hand hewn timber all around the building! After cooking maple bacon in the house, we were taken back to our youth...and camps we visited as kids.

Beautiful area... lake was low. The bathroom in master had a clogged sink that smelled as though someone threw up in it

Such a peaceful place to stay- but short drive to all the area activities. Boat ramp and boat dock are on site. Beautiful sunsets !

Douglas Lake is very peaceful. We enjoyed the scenery and sunsets. Ruby’s Lake House’s deck was where we spent most of our time - relaxing, eating, and watching the activity on the lake.

Cabin was beautiful and clean, beds were comfortable, all amenities were acceptable. Only drawback was the roads we had to drive to get to the cabin. Lots and lots of twists and turns, to be expected in Sevierville, but did not expect this when going to the lake.

We were at Ruby’s Lake House this was our second time there and it won’t be our last , me my wife and some family were together, it is such a pretty place. If there was a down side it would be the floating boat dock , the two sides were missing hopefully it was just a repair and not permanent. The booking agency was so kind and courteous . Plan to definitely book again in the near future . Don
