Host did everything to accommodate. Loved the cabin!

This cabin was fantastic. Super clean. Had everything we needed. Gorgeous view. The hot tub, pool, arcade, pool table, games, entertained all my teenagers! Would love to come back. We had such an awesome time here. Thank YOU!

Wonderful stay! We saw bears 3 different days very close (on the street and right out back). The host was wonderful, so many amenities. The only issue we had was gnats on the top of the pool but I don’t think you can prevent this. We skimmed a few times a day, temperature was good! Would definitely stay again. Would like to go yearly!

This cabin was absolutely one of the best I have rented. The pool, hot tub and gameroom were exceptional. My family was thoroughly pleased and excited with the accommodations. I would highly recommended this cabin for anyone wanting an over the top experience.

Beautiful Cabin! Very clean and cozy. Lots of room. The views from the balconies were gorgeous. Very quiet and relaxing. My kids loved the indoor heated pool and hot tub was awesome. Owner very easy to communicate with. Not far drive to all the things…Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Gatlinberg but far enough where you are out of the hustle bustle. We are already talking about coming back to the same cabin next year!

Cannot say enough about our stay at the Preserve Pool lodge! Everything was completely as is based on the posting. Host Kelly was so helpful and timely with communications which made everything easy. The pool and hot tub were so clean and we enjoyed them so much, especially for our 6 year old! The gaming room was also a huge hit. Even saw a few bears close to the property! We will definitely be back.

This cabin is gorgeous, well-kept, and provides beautiful mountain views. Kelly was a great host, and she even left little treats out for our small dog. Our 14 and 10 year old boys especially loved the pool and arcade. I highly recommend staying at The Preserve Pool Lounge.

The cabin was beautiful and had an amazing view! Each balcony had seating areas. The hot tub and indoor pool was a huge plus for the kids. The pool table and arcade games were great and were used daily! The host was amazing and quick to respond to any questions!

Great cabin. Lots of space. Fun games. Clean. Kelly is fantastic with communication. Had an issue with the heat in the pool room and Kelly went above and beyond to have it taken care of. We really enjoyed our time and would stay again.

Cabin had everything you need. Had a great time getting family together. The kids loved the pool and hanging out in the game room. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals

Everything was just as pictured so so nice. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back! Host was very responsive!

5 star experience

Location is out of the way with great views. About 35 to 40 minutes to downtown pigeon forge, depending where you're heading. Locally we enjoyed eating at the sloppy hog burger joint for a close option and great wings/burgers. Pool was nice and hot tub was perfect for evening relaxation. We took the recommendation of Local Goat to eat at in pigeon forge, from host Kelly, and it was excellent. Dog friendly but not a ton of grass it's hillside! Tons of space and spread out house.

We loved our stay at the cabin! As soon as we pulled up I knew we were in for a treat, and it did not disappoint. The mountain views were incredible. The fireplace and Christmas tree made the living room extra cozy. The beds were comfortable and we never ran out of hot water for showers, etc. Our favorite, of course, was the pool and hot tub. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool!!! Can't beat the views from the pool area too. Our host was very responsive and accomodating. All instructions were easy to follow. All in all, we loved it here and would highly recommend!

This cabin was great! It was decorated for Christmas and was beautiful! The kids had the best time and never once did I hear we are bored.

This is a beautiful property and maintained very well. We came for a 3 day weekend and enjoyed the peaceful location with splendid views. Hope to be back soon.

This place is is exquisite! Clean fully stocked for a 2 year old! This cabin has it all! Kelley, our manager was phenomenal ! We will definitely rebook!

We are an easy going family of four and booked because of all what was offered. we weren’t disappointed. Wonderful place to relax and to enjoy the endless mountain view. Place offered all as advertised. Experienced the thunderstorms and the smoky effects afterwards. Then you understand why they call it the smoky mountains. A summer trip we will remember for years to come.

We had a family get together and it's hard to please everyone. This cabin was perfect.it had something for everyone I highly recommend it!!
