The home is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized after every checkout to ensure a safe, fresh, and comfortable stay.

$149 pet fee per pet

Weight limit: up to 20 lbs per pet

Pets must be declared at the time of booking

Pet House Rules:

Pets must be house-trained and free of fleas/ticks

Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds

Pets may not be left unattended unless crated

Guests must clean up after pets inside and outside

Excessive barking or disturbance is not permitted

Any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning will be charged

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors. Any evidence of smoking will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. And, fine is $500.

Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed. Please treat the home with care and respect to preserve its condition for future guests.
