This place was absolutely incredible My family had an amazing time. We would love to book another family trip here. Everything is near by the only thing was bad was the traffic ... I have nothing but good things to say about this cabin Kyle was responding very quickly to all text great communication.

We had amazing time with our kids and grandkids 18 of us all had plenty of room and beds were comfortable we definitely will book again met all our needs and close to everything

Very clean, very large, but you need to bring all the consumables for a long stay. Trash bags, tiolet paper, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, condiments, etc,. Parking is good for at least 4 large vehicles but it's all quite sloped. Far enough from the main strip to be peaceful. Will stay again if in the area

The cabin was spacious and provided comfortable beds. The living area was big and provided entertainment space for our group of 15. We had an enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this property.

The house was nice and cozy. The host was very nice and attentive. 2 TVs on the 2nd level did not work properly and the shower curtains and shower head had mold but other than that, everything was really nice

The cabin felt very clean and roomy. We had great communication with the owner, and he was quick to respond to our needs. Easy to find, easy to check in, easy to check out, and what an awesome location. Lots of games, TVs, comfy beds, hot clean jacuzzi, and everyone in the family had fun. Thanks for a great stay! We hope to come back ASAP.

The cabin was beautiful and very clean! Plenty of room for our group and a perfect location with adequate parking which was great! Only issues were the main refrigerator did not keep things cold even on the coldest setting. We were not at the cabin during the day so having the doors open and closed a lot was not the problem. When I booked the cabin check-out was at 11am (I have a screenshot) and the day before the host messaged with checkout information stating that checkout was at 10am and when asked about it and sent the screenshot he would not honor the booking checkout time. Unless the next group decided to come a day early there was no one coming in that day of our checkout because the owner had previously offered us to extend our stay for a day gap between bookings so in my opinion the checkout of 11am should have been honored. As mentioned in several other previous reviews for this cabin, there were still several loose plugins that chargers wouldn’t stay in, and still only enough silverware for 5-6 people. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable!

Our group of 16 really enjoyed our stay! The host checked in several times to make sure we had what we needed and the cabin was very clean and well maintained. The kids enjoyed the video games and the hot tub, and the balcony was a nice, relaxing place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.

Everyone had a good time, but were suprised to find only 5 forks to eat with and 0 washcloths. The house could use a good handyman as several of the plugs were so loose our cell phones wouldn't charge and we had to do some honeydo work for one of the bathroom doors to lock.

Kyle is a great host, he checked in several times during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, quiet community. We would stay again.

The host was very welcoming, the home was lovely and clean and the location is very close to everything. Could use a little more silverware and the refrigerator wasn’t super cold. But other than that we had a great time!

Very comfortable, but I did not like the bathrooms being shared between rooms. Sometimes the doors were padlocked.

The cabin was beautiful and held the standard of the pictures, great location and close to shopping and entertainment.

This home was nice and adequately met the needs of my family of 21. Closely located to the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. We had a great time and would recommend.

We throughly enjoyed our stay, celebrating Christmas, December 11-14, at Big Pine Lodge! The accommodation perfectly fit our family group of 16. Kyle is a wonderful host, always available and timely addressing our needs! The details were appreciated by the family members, ei., the Christmas tree in the den. Location is ideal for meals and attractions. We plan to stay here again on our next visit to Pigeon Forge.

This cabin is incredible! Spacious yet cozy. The cabin was exceptionally clean as well.

A great large place with close proximity to all the activities in Pigeon Forge. Good play area and hot tub for all ages. Neighborhood was very pleasant and we even had a friendly bear trapsing through the area.

Great location if you need to be at the convention center.

Beautiful home! Everyone felt cozy and had enough room not to annoy each other (we had 13 people) Lots of amenities. Close to the island. Would definitely stay again

This property is located in a close-in but very quiet little subdivision off the main strip. Being in the hills, be aware that there are some steep portions of the road to get to the house. Check-in was a breeze. My 16-person family group was delighted to arrive and find that the house is so homey and well-appointed. The beds were all extremely comfortable and the towels fluffy and plentiful. I want to particularly call out the kitchen for how well-stocked it was. There are plates, glasses, and utensils aplenty, and there is even a set of four toddler silicone plates, cups, bibs, and utensils. There's tons of pots of all sizes, 2 colanders, several baking sheets, lots of cooking and serving implements, and even a large crockpot. The BBQ outside is a great size and fit food for our entire group with no problems -- tools and a lighter provided under the sink. We had ample space for everyone to sit and eat together at every meal in the 2 dining tables.Our group are heavy coffee drinkers so we ended up buying disposable coffee cups. We were glad we brought extra dishwasher pods (we ran the dishwasher twice a day each day) and paper towels/napkins. That's all I can think of to advise anyone to bring.The pool table, arcade video games, and hot tub were in use constantly and provided a lot of bonding moments for our group. We very much appreciated the hosts' hospitality and warmth. They were extremely responsive no matter when we reached out.

Very impressed with this property on the cleanliness and space it allowed our family to have. The game room and games were great additions to have. We would definitely stay here again!

We celebrated our family reunion here and talked about choosing this place again. It accommodated 17 of us with ages ranging from 7 to 80. We have clean-freaks in our group and they were pleased with how clean and well-kept everything was. The view of the Smokey Mountains was jaw-dropping. Our elderly parents were able to relax out there when hiking and sight-seeing became too-tiring for them. The pool and game room kept the kids busy in the evening and allowed the adults to have time to catch-up in the upper house. We were able to fit 5 cars there comfortably. All of us really appreciated the separate bedrooms with individual bathrooms. This gave each family a place for privacy but still allowed the cousins to have their own space in a room with bunks. The kitchen is outfitted for large groups, with 2 fridges and PLENTY of dishes, silverware, etc. They even had a large griddle which was great for making pancakes for our large group. One last thing, we originally were in a different Vrbo but because of unforeseen events we had to leave the place (not the other owner’s fault). It was Memorial Day weekend so finding a place was difficult. We couldn’t get in right away but Vrbo worked with us to find some places on Monday. And these hosts did everything they could to accommodate us. This was incredibly important since we had people coming in from all parts of the country. We plan to make this our go-to family reunion headquarters!

Amazing cabin for my first Vrbo experience Thank you for helping bring my family up for my wedding. Host was amazing at responding can’t say enough for all the help he offered.

This rental was a wonderful home base for a bachelor trip as we explored GSMNP, Knoxville, and Pigeon Forge. The cabin was huge and a stones throw from the Pigeon Forge strip. It met the needs of a group of 12 to have a great time for a long weekend and will be remembered fondly.

This place was awesome! It was clean, located in a great place, and affordable. The host was responsive and pleasant. There was enough room for our family of 23! I would love to stay there again and highly recommend it! The pool table and Spa were nice add ons!

This house is as advertised and has great accommodations along with a great location.

Minor issues that owner says he will address:We had a large group (13) and spent all 3 days together in the spacious accommodations. 2 of 3 fireplaces did not function as one would expect. A larger pot for soup and a large mixing bowl and serving bowl would help, but we did okay. We hope to make this an annual event and would use this place again when owner makes those adjustments.

The Cabin is good for large groups. There was plenty of stuff to keep the youth entertained. The location is close to all attractions. The roads were not (non-steep) as in the description. Overall the cabin is good.

Our group of 14 had a great stay! Most important to me is cleanliness and this place was very clean. Beds were very comfortable! We didn't cook so I can't speak to the kitchen stuff. Hot tub was nice and clean. We did see some bears when driving in the neighborhood. My daughter thought she was doing a good thing by setting the garbage outside on the front porch. We woke up to a mess and big paw prints on the porch! Very close to Pigeon Forge. All the rooms were good size. They provided some games, one of which was a poker set that we had great fun with! I definitely recommend this cabin!

Great property that is close to everything in pigeon forge but feels like a secluded cabin. Property is well equipped and clean and we enjoyed our stay with 14 of us. Great communication with host! Would rent here again!

Very clean and welcoming! The beds were comfortable and a problem with a toilet was taken care of ASAP!

This was the perfect place for our family to enjoy a nice little break and get ready for the holiday season. The location is perfect and everyone loved having their own space as well as having plenty of fun options in the common areas.

Property was clean and overall suitable for our church group outing to Pigeon Forge. The kitchen was the small and needed to be organized better with pots, pans and utensil accessories.

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was great for our needs . We could have used some extra blankets the first night. Good location.

We rented for a family getaway. Cabin is in a great location close to restaurants, Dollywood and The Island. Layout of the cabin was great for a large group giving everyone plenty of room and privacy. Cabin was also very clean and owners were quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely rent again.

The cabin was great and we loved all the bedrooms with our big extended family but there was no bedding for the pull-out couches or futon (except for sheets).
