Evergreen Escape by Destination Big Bear : Ski Slope Views! Log Cabin! Cable & WiFi! Propane BBQ! Wood Decks!

Fully stocked kitchen ware and appliances, Mr Coffee Pot, microwave and dishwasher. King size bed in the spacious Master bedroom with an on suite bathroom shower/tub combo but very shallow and the other bathroom was the same. There is onsite laundry which is stocked with laundry soap. There is a back patio with propain BBQ.

Almost perfect. Had an issue with the 2nd TV which a tech was sent to fix within a couple hours. Unfortunately he had to use my phone charger block to get it to work so I was borrowing others the whole time. The other thing was all windows and back door were found unlocked and one window of the master bedroom had the screen removed and lying on the ground outside. Poor security, but the tech said there's very little crime in the area. Doesn't justify it when the front door is locked and all you have to do is go up the back steps and open the door to get inside. Also, the glass doors on the fireplace are gingerly set in the frame and you must handle them with a light touch or they'll fall out of the track. Other than that, it was a very very nice place!

What a cute place! If you want to feel like you're truly in the woods, this cabin is the ticket. Great decor, all the necessities, super clean, and cozy. We hope to be back!

The cabin and everything in it was fantastic!! We enjoyed our stay immensely. Spelled

It would be great to have a little booklet that explains more about the cabin. For example, how the fireplace works, and where the gas key is located. Also the walkway fence from the driveway to the house is kind of rough edged. I got a few splinters. And it may have been in a description, but the driveway is a little tricky, not impossible, but I think it would be good to mention. Overall, a very wonderful cabin with beautiful sun on the back deck and nice comfy beds.

Everything was great, but Wi-Fi didn’t work at first and had to be fixed and the propane tank was empty.

The house is very nice and was very clean upon our arrival. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is very good. We liked the Moonridge location as the golf course and zoo were very close. The supermarkets were in easy driving distance. We had planned to play a round of golf and visit the zoo and the historical museum, all of which we did. I had left much of my paperwork at home and Ally from Destination Big Bear was very helpful in filling in the blanks. She smoothed out all my concerns, as it was our first time renting a home in Big Bear.

Great place to kick back and enjoy the Mountain. You will not be disappointed.

Such a beautiful, cozy, peaceful little getaway tucked back in forest. My family and i needed a place to disconnect & reflect. Waking up to the shimmering snow as a Winder wonderland approached. It was a sight to see!!! Absolutely gorgeous views!!!

This is our 2nd time staying here. Great house perfect location.

Great place! Loved the mountain decor and location in upper Moonridge - short short drive to the slopes! Only thing they need to do is sharpen their knives in the kitchen!

Beautiful cabin inside and out. The decor is so fitting of this cabin and I can tell a lot of thought went into it. Very clean and very well maintained. Peaceful quite neighborhood which is exactly what we were looking for.

The trip was canceled over a week ago.

House is very nice and has most amenities, driveway is a little steep but doable. Enjoyed our stay and would return if in that area again.

A beautiful cabin nestled just off the road. A beautifully appointed interior brings the Big Bear feel indoors. I would definitely recommend this home for a wonderful getaway!

This was our first time staying at Big Bear. We loved this rental property and would stay here again. It had plenty of space with comfortable beds, was quiet, and had all the necessary amenities. It was clean and had an easy check-in/check-out process. You will need to buy a few items for cooking but that was easily done in town. They have multiple grocery stores for shopping with in-stock items. We would recommend this rental and look forward to when we can come visit again.

The house was roomy and the view was wonderful. It was also very quiet, which we liked. Zero key access was great. No keys to pick up or return. A few things that we didn't like. Lots of chipped plates and mugs. Handle of one mug broken and mugs seriously stained. We scrubbed with a little Bar Keeper's and they came clean. Not sure why house keeper didn't do the same. Kitchen sink badly stained. Again, we scrubbed it clean. We shouldn't have to do that. Walking bare foot on the wood floor we could feel the dirt. Gross! It hadn't been mopped or cleaned in how long? Too long. Master bedroom mattress not very comfortable and flannel bed cover should have been changed out for a summer weight blanket. Too hot with blanket on. Too chilly with blanket off. I didn't sleep well. Livingroom furniture wasn't comfortable either. It's old. I sat in the recliner and my backside hit the wood under the cushion. Then it was a struggle to get out of it. It didn't function well. Seriously, the owner needs to consider replacing mattresses and Livingroom furniture. The cushions kept slipping off of the sofas while sitting on them. Ugh! We enjoyed the house overall, but we won't stay there again for reasons stated above.
