Nice quiet get away. Only complaint is there was not any propane for the grill and it was to late to go get some to cook dinner.

Perfect place for a family of 8 to stay. Teens loved the basement games, toddler loved the swing out doors and parents loved the mornings on the porch outside.

Absolutely beautiful cabin! The kitchen had everything we needed, including spices (most cabins don’t have the array of spices this cabin had). There’s even a tea/coffee bar with a variety of teas! The shower had good water pressure and hot water (as long as only one person was showering at a time). The foosball and ping pong tables were a huge hit with our family! There was plenty of room for everyone.A few items to note: the smell of the upstairs shared bathroom. It was so bad (mildew or rotting dead animal) that it seeped into the room it shares a wall with and the hallway. We could not use this bathroom or the shared room. I don’t think there’s anything the Owner could have done about it during our stay so we didn’t say anything, but it was pungent. Not necessarily a deal breaker for us, but something to consider for sensitive people. Not a complaint but a heads up- The master bathroom has 2 steps to get into the tub and the drop into it is pretty steep (not recommended for unstable or disabled people). There isn’t a grab bar for support, just a towel rack. The faucet can’t be turned on real high because it will spray you. We read that on a previous review and appreciated the heads up. Because you’re out in the woods, there are little mice that come in the house, so just keep your food inaccessible to them. Overall, this was a gorgeous cabin with beautiful decor and helped make our family vacation memorable:)

Stayed here for several days to celebrate my 50th birthday. The property was relaxing. The home was beautiful. Communication with the property manager, Tim was excellent. Pros:- Beautiful space, inside and out.- Very peaceful.- Excellent communication with property manager.- Pingpong, foosball, basketball and board games (for kids)Cons:- Uncomfortable mattresses & squeaky beds- Very squeaky upstairs floors- Very steep stairs leading upstairs to bedrooms. - Dark master bedroom and bathroom - Boyfriend said he would have liked a luggage rack. He's tall and leaning down to the floor to get in his luggage was discouraging to him. - If this matters to you, the garage really isn't big enough for a vehicle. If we were ever in this area again, we would stay here.

My family and I really enjoyed our time at Valley of Grace Cottage. What a beautiful property! The house was as pictured in the listing. It was clean and well stocked with all amenities imaginable. Which made our stay super convenient. The house was also very spacious and there was something there to accommodate and entertain everyone, no matter the age. The yard and location of the house gave it a secluded feel yet we were still close enough to all points of interest. If you're looking for a place to stay while in the area, I would definitely recommend this property.

The cabin floors were dirty (bugs, dirt, food) when we arrived and the house rules state please remove your shoes while inside. The floors were not clean enough to go barefoot in the house let alone let our baby crawl around. We contacted the property manager and he responded quickly and came out to vacuum. When we used the vacuum later in the week, one of the wheels kept falling off. The interior lighting was not very good and the cabin overall was dark inside except when you wanted to cook dinner on the stove. No blinds or curtains on kitchen window so the setting sun was shown directly through the window above the stove. Bathroom faucets were the waterfall style and did not work well. You could not turn pressure up very high or it would spray directly onto your shirt due to the filter(?). Water pressure in shower was not good. You had to step up two steps to get into master bathroom shower, that was installed into the corner tub. Corner tub filter was dirty and drain cover was falling off. No bedroom dressers, only small nightstand tables so there wasn't anywhere to put your clothes. My husband had to lay his clothes out on the floor and I had to keep all my clothes in my bags. Overall, not the best experience for the money we paid.
