It was cozy and clean and quiet. It rained so we weren't able to enjoy the back deck, but it looked inviting. Not a clear view of the lake but it had a pleasant view of the property. Nicely landscaped.

Avalon Cottage was terrific—warm and inviting property, convenient to all in Hot Springs, and equipped with the just right amount of amenities. Communication was timely with our hosts and we will definitely look to stay there again when we return to Hot Springs!

Stayed here multiple times over the years and it never disappoints. Proximity to the water and all things Hot Springs is perfect. Host is always quick to answer questions about anything. Great stay!

This little cottage was absolutely perfect for 2 ppl. It has basically everything you need. The view was beautiful, and the access to common grounds was a plus. I will definitely book this cottage again.

The property is very conveniently located close to town and local attractions, yet has the feel of being more secluded. It is just the right size for a couple to enjoy. It is clean, well stocked with the necessities, and is so much more comfortable than a hotel room. We will stay here again and we highly recommend to any two people that want to enjoy Hot Springs without spending a small fortune on lodging.

The pictures did not do this beautiful cottage justice. Every amenity was thought of by the hosts. Very quiet. Very comfortable. We absolutely enjoyed our stay!

This quiet little cottage has all the amenities of your home already there. There's very little traffic and the back porch morning views across the lake are gorgeous.

It is a very cozy cottage. Perfect little spot for my wife and I. Far enough away from the busy parts to be nice and quiet, but near enough to the places you want or need to go to. Easy reach of downtown and all the little shops. This is our fifth time to stay at this cottage. We really do like it.

We really loved this small cabin/house. It’s perfect for two people and was everything we hoped. The only thing I can critique is that the gas grill did not work. But we made by perfectly.

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was on an inlet off the lake. It was very peaceful. The home was very well appointed and we had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the little sitting area in the living room. The location was very convenient to the surrounding areas. E wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Best place we’ve ever stayed! Jim Bob and Lori’s place is SUPER clean and cute. They didn’t skimp on the bed either. The mattress was very comfortable. Access to the lake was nice and it was easy to put our kayaks in. The pictures and description are accurate. If we ever come back to HS again, this is we’d stay!

This property was perfect for my husband and myself. It was very clean, and it was one of the most well-stocked properties we’ve ever stayed in. One of my favorite things about it is that it was in a quiet area but still very close to main attractions. We would absolutely stay here again if we’re ever in the area.

We were in Hot Springs visiting family and this cute cottage was just what we needed at the end of our busy days. We appreciated how well stocked the cottage was plus the snacks left for us when we arrived was a nice bonus. It was very quiet but also convenient to the many things Hot Springs has to offer. We visit Hot Springs often and would definitely stay again. Also as someone was does not have a green thumb, the hydrangeas were so beautiful.

My family and I loved our time on this property. The location was easy to access and the house was absolutely spotless. 2 night stay

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and came back for our first anniversary! It is always clean and well-stocked. We will definitely be back. The location was very convenient for all the activities we wanted to do in Hot Springs. It felt like everything was a short drive away.
