This spacious, well-appointed cabin was an excellent fit for our large multi-family group. The views and location simply can’t be beat, and we had an absolute blast here. Highly recommend!

The house has some of the most amazing views you can imagine. We spent a ton of time on the decks, in the hammocks and enjoying the game room. The place is practically a vacation of its own. We saw several bears from the deck and one teenage cub visited us a couple of times even venturing onto the deck. Paved road and campfire space were a huge plus also. Most important, Ryan was quick to respond whenever we needed something. I would have given the property a 5 star review based on all of that. The only thing that would have been good to know was that essentials are limited. If you have a group of 30 for about a week you will need to plan to bring extra towels, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergent. Things that are usually at a VRBO you will also need to bring like ziplocks, cooking spray, tin foil, etc. I would still stay there again in a heartbeat! We made memories that will last a lifetime!

This is a beautiful home! True log cabin. Decor is lovely!! Many spaces to get comfortable and relax including a hammock on the wrap around porch. Spacious, clean with stunning views. Kitchen supplies well stocked. We used all the amenities. Kids loved the fire pit area. My daughter and friend relaxed in the hot tub. Kids loved the game room. They played with all the things. Pool table, video games and connect 4 plus lots more! Stores, restaurants and gas stations within 10-15 minutes. Close but far enough to hear only birds chirping outdoors. So convenient there is an accessible hiking trail just steps from the front door. We loved our time in this house!

Y’all the view from this cabin is WORTH IT! We had a group of 18 for a tiny micro-wedding weekend and it was such a good time. The main level felt bigger than photos. The downstairs bedrooms are all kind of clumped together, but we still had plenty of space for everyone. Having 3 refrigerators comes in handy for all the food/drinks with a big group. The host Ryan was quick to respond even before our stay. I sent him a message about some things that weren’t quite in working order and he was very receptive and thankful for the feedback. Definitely recommend!

The cabin was the perfect place for our large family. The grandkids had enough room to spread out and play. They loved the fire pit and being able to walk on a trail next to the cabin. We did have a bear experience! The kitchen was well equipped. The kids made every meal. The kitchen was also large enough for dancing! Memories were made and the grandkids want to come back again.

The view of the house was everything! The wrap around porch and all the seating outdoors was where our family spent the most time. Plenty of room to spread out for 14 people. We saw a bear every day which was pretty neat. The house was very clean but there were a few things that didn’t work and needed repair -outdoor light bulbs burnt out, broken toilet paper holder, air hockey table didn’t work, and broken tips of darts. Ryan was very responsive and check in and out were easy!

It was a beautiful cabin and view. But there were a few things that weren’t the best. Some lights and light switches didn’t work. One bedroom downstairs had a rag stuck in the ceiling tile and was kinda gross even though we didn’t dare touch it. The bathroom downstairs also had some small holes in the wall and a towel holder barely hanging onto the wall. Couldn’t use the ping pong table with our losing balls every 5 seconds bc they have it on the deck and the ball goes over the porch and down in the woods all the time. A window in a room on the 3rd floor was messed up and had a very cold breeze coming through some cracks. And some of the doors struggled to open and close. But it was overall a pretty cabin.

The cabin was beautiful. It did however need attention on several things that we wanted to use: the gas fireplace in the loft would not light. All 3 can openers did not work. The Keurig coffee pot needs to be thrown out, we actually went and bought a new one to use. The air hockey table was broken, The Connect 4 game was broken on the bottom and the pieces fell through. The griddle electric connector did not stay attached. An upstairs bedroom window did shut completely and bugs flew in. The clothes dryer made a terrible noise like it had a brick in it. I believe a gear or a belt is about to go out. I don't like to be nitpicky but the cabin just needs some attention to the little things that we tried to use. Otherwise it's a beautiful property. We had a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed our stay. We rented the cabin for a place for our entire family & friends to stay for our elopement. We had a blast, plenty of things to do around the cabin so no need to leave. The only downfall was the master suite. The shower never got warm, and was difficult to figure out. There’s also no closet for the suite. It was turned into a nook for eating, which left us no where to hang clothes we didn’t wanna leave in suit cases. Ryan was a great host though, very responsive, he allowed us to check in early and when we had an AC issue he had a technician there the following morning. We had a bear visit us every night, which was pretty cool to see. Even got a picture of a bear looking like he was trying to play ping pong! I would definitely stay again!

The property is beautiful and as advertised with a couple of exceptions which made our stay less than optimum.1- The air conditioning was not working properly and the entire main living area was too hot for comfort. And this is taking into account that it was in early fall and temperatures were already cooling down. The top floor was definitely hot due to the air conditioning not being properly serviced.2- The internet connection was very spotty. I realize that it is satellite but I strongly suggest you use Hyperlink instead of Hughes as this is definitely subpar. We stayed there a week and many in our party that needed to handle some work found it very difficult.Other than that, we loved the property and everything it offers.

We could not have been happier with this beautiful cabin. We used every bit of the space. Lots of family time, laughter, hiking, s’mores around the fire pit and a visit by a bear (probably smelled the sausage cooking on the grill)! Best of all cell phones were not used very much!I noticed not as many on their cell phones!

We had 4 families staying at the property and it was perfect. The oldest four kids used the top floor, the younger 5 kids used the basement bedrooms, and each adult pair had a room with a king bed. It was the perfect house for our kids senior trip. We ate breakfast at the house daily, did an excursion during the day, and came back and had dinner at the house basically everyday. Having the National park literally in the backyard was amazing. Was everything perfect in the house? No, it’s 20 some years old! But it is pretty well maintained, met our needs, and was the perfect space for us. We only had minor issues and the host quickly responded.

AMAZING views from this house. Excellent wrap around porch. Plenty of room throughout the house for several families. Relaxing hot tub. Enjoyed an outdoor fire with view of mountain. We had a black bear visit us on the first night of our stay…..LOCK your car doors and don’t park near the trash bins. This house was fantastic! We had an absolutely amazing time in this cabin! The photos in the listing don’t fully capture how beautiful it truly is - and that is saying something considering the photos are stunning. The rooms are spacious, with windows that offer breathtaking views of the mountains. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of pots, pans, and other essentials, making it easy for us to cook for our large group. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying fun games. Our group has stayed in several cabins in the area, and this one is by far the best. We also enjoyed the convenience of a local coffee shop, only 6 minutes away! The only small issue was the abundance of ladybugs, which is understandable in wooden cabin setting - but I’m pretty sure I’ll be taking a few home in my suitcase, haha! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to come back!

For our group of 20 this cabin was perfect. Great location to town, great privacy. Plenty enough entertainment for adults and children alike just sitting at the cabin. Tons of games tons of movies, the hot tub. Astonishing views. Gatlinburg and Sevierville are close 20-30 mins. The kitchen was stocked so well. Had everything we needed and more. Lots of big pots, serving bowls, 2 crock pots if you plan on cooking in with your group. Very kid friendly with baby gates, high chair booster seats, pack and plays. I can’t say enough good things about this cabin. We were very disappointed to leave once our stay was over. Well be booking again for our next family vacation. The drive up to the cabin was pretty sketchy at first having never driven mountain roads before. But you get used to it. That sketchy drive was so, so, so worth it for that view. I mean it was absolutely incredible.
