The location was perfect. The place was clean and very comfortable. The wifi was very unstable and was frustrating at times since we had to work during our stay, but other than that it was a good stay. I would definitely come back and hope that they can get a better wifi service in the meantime.

The place was beautiful. We came to ski, but were tempted to skip a ski day to stay and enjoy the property. Next time we'll add an extra day to do just that. Communication with property manager was excellent. We had a couple of questions and got responses immediately. The place had plenty of space for us to relax without feeling cramped. We're already planning a return trip.

This place was not only beautiful and quiet, but it was also fully stocked with everything you might need. We decided to make brownies one night and they had everything but out recipe to make them. Views from the deck were breath taking.

Super cozy, well updated mountain cabin! The host was very accommodating and the house had everything and more that we needed. We got to experience the house with no snow to ALL the snow!! The kids had a blast on the sleds that were supplied. The house made everyone feel so comfortable and had enough space for our entire family. Everyone had their own space and privacy. Can’t say enough good things about this property. Book here, you won’t regret it!

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this location. It was a quiet road and very well maintained. The home was beautiful. It had all the amenities we needed. The basement room was very hot even with the thermostat on the lowest setting.

A beautiful house and setting, the porches were great. We had deer, wild turkeys, and an elk stroll through the yard! Our host was quick to respond to any question. A delightful spot just a few minutes from the activities of Pagosa Springs.

Outstanding place to stay, and a wonderful covered deck to set under and enjoy the wildlife. The house was spacious and had that cabin feel, would recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay.

This cabin was a perfect getaway for our three families. It was very clean and everything worked out great. It is quiet and secluded. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the deck and enjoying the wildlife and the scenery. Would definitely recommend this place to others and would come back here again if we ever stay in the area.

A beautiful home with everything we needed for our stay. The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished and the kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. The large porch with rocking chairs was the perfect place to relax in the evenings. The house does not have A/C but we were never hot. The large windows and the many fans kept the house very comfortable. It was very convenient to have a bedroom and bathroom on each floor of the house. We appreciated being able to park vehicles in the garage. We would definitely choose to stay at this lovely location again. The host was very quick to respond to messages and address an issues and questions that we had.

We loved the house! We went skiing 2 days and spent one day relaxing and playing games Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The place was beautiful and very spacious. The host was great at chevking in with us if we needed anything. This place was about 10 minutes from the springs and 35 minutes from Wolf creek so it was perfect for our group.

We all had a wonderful time. The cabin was beautiful and very relaxing. Plenty of items were already available in the kitchen for use and everything was well stocked that would be needed on a trip. Just keep in mind that there is no AC so days can be a little warm but fans were available. Overall we couldn't ask for more.
