Enjoy our upscale, clean & well-equipped cabin in a beautiful setting.

Great location to town but yet private. It was well stocked in kitchen with small Accommodating details. The screened in porch and front porch rockers nice for a relaxing sit. It was spacious and homey. The television needs updating with working services. The furnishings, particularly the couch and beds, need replacing. The place was fairly clean but dust build up and master toilet floor had something on it. Wish it had more and newer towels available. Also blankets available for beds along with newer versions. Not a fan of plastic mattress covers because noisy when moving in bed. For a little more money you can get waterproof mattress not made of plastic.

Nice cabin - had everything we were looking for. Used both the exterior fire pit and interior fire place. 4 bedrooms made it feel more spacious and accommodating. Only a 5 min drive to downtown Saugatuck.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time at the property. We cooked some steaks using the grill, used the firepit for s'mores and enjoyed some good conversation around the dinner table and fireplace. We played some games and just generally relaxed and recharged. Saugatuck is a fun area and visiting Butler Street is a must- eat down by the water and just enjoy the vìew. This was exactly what we needed. Thank you, Drake, for being a helpful host!

Dynamite location that accommodated 5 adults comfortably. We had a blast playing ping pong and sitting around the fire pit. Would definitely come back to experience the area in the fall.

Great experience. Very clean, spacious bathrooms and kitchen and living area. We were there for my son’s wedding so didn’t spend a lot of time there but perfectly served its purpose for our family as a home base. Would love to go back and enjoy for a longer vacation! Highly highly recommend, 5 stars

We enjoyed the beautiful location of the cabin along with the fire pit and inside fireplace as it was cool outside. The cabin was well laid out and supplied, made use of ping pong table and dining table for family games.

Our son graduated from Hope on Sunday. Great location, close enough to Holland while keeping us out of the chaos of the Tulip Festival. Great communication from the owner during the process!

The Bear's Cottage is spacious and well-equipped. The location is great for activities in Saugatuck and Holland. It's a great place for a family or group of friends.

'Bear's Cabin' was,perfect for us. Communication and helpfulness was A+, fast and accommodating. Best ever Had a great golf vacation- could not have been more convenient. Excellent courses very close- two within 5 minutes. Cabin was super clean. Two nice updated bathrooms with hot showers and everything you might need. Cabin provides entertainment and recreational opportunities. Two of the bedrooms lovely w queen beds. Anothee with two twin beds - which I found convenient - one to sleep in and the other to lay out my stuff. Another with a comfortable rill out bed. Very nice kitchen w everything you need. Neighborhood is quiet, beautiful and tucked away- just what we wanted. HOA rules help make it that way. Very close to busy busting summer Saugatuck and many other attractions. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful cabin with all the amenities. Love the quiet setting and beautiful scenery. Close to many other cities and restaurants....lovely area!

Six family members enjoyed this spacious cabin for a long holiday weekend. It was equipped with everything we needed. Great location- just a short car ride to town or the State Park.
