Enjoy Hearthstone Chalet Where Mi-Wuk Village Meets the Forest

We haven’t had the pleasure of staying at the house yet, due to extreme weather conditions, but Rinda has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She was honest with us, more than understanding with rebooking another weekend and with no extra cost! We can not wait to stay in her house and have a memorable family vaca!!

This cabin was perfect for our family. We planned to spend our time at PineCrest lake which was only about a 20 minute drive! Although it was June the weather was 60 degrees. Much cooler than anticipated but it was fine ! the cabin offered everything we could have needed for our family of 6. Very spacious. Very clean. Feels like home as soon as you enter. Check in was easy ! Instructions are clear ! Communication with Rinda was quick and easy. Really lovely. We have 4 small children and they LOVED all the games , movies, toys they had available! We slept downstairs on pull out couches even though there were 5 beds to sleep in . The couches were so comfortable we had a slumber party / movie night with our kids and all fell asleep peacefully Very fast Wi-Fi and streaming services! The grill worked great. Plenty of outside seating to enjoy the beautiful view of the forest. Being nestled in a quite neighborhood makes u feel safe and still getting that wilderness feel! The backyard was fun to explore. We set up a tent for a camping experience for the kids. Overall it was nice to be In a place so safe and and relaxing with our kids. Minimal so there’s not a lot for kids to mess with but has all essential needs covered! The heat worked GREAT for the colder nights. Very well maintained property. Will definitely be booking this cabin for the winter season to experience the snow in comfort! Do not hesitate to rent this property!

Spacious and homey. Old enough to feel we did not need to walk on egg shells; clean and neat enough to be comfortable.

Wi-Fi was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Lots of room.

We had a great stay at this cabin for our ski trip to Dodge Ridge. The location is convenient—about a 28-minute drive to the slopes—and the cabin itself was spacious and quite comfortable for our group of six.The host was very gracious and prompt in communication, making the whole process easy. The beds were quite comfortable, and the heating system, including a heat pump and multiple automatic furnaces, kept the cabin warm throughout our stay. The basement was a great space for our older boys (20 and 16) to hang out and relax after a strenuous day on the slopes, play darts, and watch TV.And we have to mention the tap water—it was delicious, crips and fresh! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a cozy and well-equipped place near Dodge Ridge.

Wonderful getaway with very clear instructions and easy to use kitchen and houseware! My friends and I were so happy to be able to stay so close to dodge ridge and enjoy the beautiful views!

We just got back from our stay at this beautiful quiet place. It was perfect for a family of 6. The kids loved the fact that they all had beds and enjoyed the quiet family room down stairs. The wife and I had enough space to have our own little quiet time and drink some wine. It is also located close to dodge ridge and Leland high sierra snow play.. can’t wait for next year, hopefully this place will be available.

Our host could not have done more to make our stay a pleasant one. The cabin had everything you might need and more. We spent many lovely hours on the large deck enjoying the surrounding trees. We’re already planning a return stay.

My husband and I with my son, DIL, and granddaughters ages 6 & 9 stay for the week. There was plenty of games and stuff for the kids and a well appointed kitchen to cook in. The house is roomy and cozy and had easy heating since it was snowing. We will return!

My family had a great time here. Some of us spent time at dodge ridge snowboarding. Others went sledding nearby. We had 3 couples with 1 infant and 1 teen. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. I would rent here again.

Great cabin, lots of room and a great location. Cabin feels like its been loved for a long time, has a very cozy charm. Beautiful deck and good parking. Hope to come back very soon.

Had a relaxing restful time at Hearthstone with just myself and my cat Buddy. He enjoyed learning about stairs for the first time and loved being “crazy-kitty” jamming up and down them. Would be ideal for a family getaway with multiple levels for family fun and games and plenty of sleeping options.

This is our 3rd time staying in this cabin and it’s wonderful every time. They have made some pretty updates!
