This Homewood cabin has everything you need for a relaxing Lake Tahoe retreat. This home is just 1.5 miles from the Homewood Resort, 14 miles to Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley. You're welcome by the large deck which includes a BBQ and additional seating to take in the fresh Lake Tahoe air. Enjoy a burger, sit out and watch the sunset!

Parking - There is room for 4 cars for summer months. Please do not park on the driveway because of the gravel. There is a plowed parking space down by the bear box which can hold up 4 cars in summer and 2 cars at the most in the winter time.

All the bedrooms let in plenty of light; comfortable bedding promises everyone will get great rest and wake up rejuvenated.

HOA amenities are closed in winter time.

MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

This house grants access to Chamberlands amenities; however, it's important to note that we don't have direct control over the availability of these amenities. It is the responsibility of the guests to verify which amenities are accessible at any given time. We simply provide access cards to the amenities and cannot guarantee their year-round availability. To obtain the most up-to-date information, we recommend visiting Chamberlands' official website. A quick online search should easily lead you to their website.

If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, We highly suggest you PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE or BOOK CLOSER to your travel dates. ****

**Pool, Tennis, HOA Amenities and Private Beach are not available during off season and date of opening and closers at the discretion of the HOA. ** Please ask us what dates the amenities are open before booking! Roughly the dates are June 15 and September 4th but again please ask us before booking!

Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras placed in the front deck/parking lot area, This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages
Please note Outdoor furniture and use of deck is not available during winter months due to heavy snow!

Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.

    Pros: the neighborhood and location trumps any negative point below. Proximity to the pool, beach, market, town, is perfection. However there are a few things everyone should be aware of when staying at this rental (listed below)Cons:- Super cheap/thin toilet paper- Glass shards found on the patio- Many basic things missing from the kitchen including: oven mitts, wine glasses, scissors, steak knives- Beds are VERY (painfully) firm- Sparking on bare trap - could have caused a fire

    The house is okay. Lighting is horrible. There is a funky smell in the kitchen cabinets (maybe a dead animal). No beach chairs or accessories to use… also the house pops and creeks like crazy! Deck and grill are great, table and couches accommodate many people. Beds and pillows are good!

    Great location in Homewood on the west shore of Lake Tahoe. The host was great at communicating with us. Our family of 8 was able to stay here comfortably. We were there mid-July and by the afternoon the cabin does get warm not having A/C. They have box fans that helped, especially when we put them in the windows at night to bring in the cool air. Nice perk is that access to a private HOA beach, pool, and pickleball courts comes with the property. Bring your own tennis and pickleball racquets if you want to play because there aren't any available to use at the cabin. Would also be nice if paddleboards were a part of the rental, but we knew we would need to bring our own so that's not necessarily a negative, just something to be aware of if you choose to stay here.

    This cabin was perfect for our family. It's a short walk to the public and private beach. All instructions were clear. The cabin was clean, just as advertised.

    This cabin is super close to Chambers Landing. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well-stocked with pots and pans. Management very responsive. Nice, new BBQ.

    We booked this property for my brother’s family of 4 and my family of 4. We were a bit concerned we needed more space, but we were wrong. This house is efficiently designed, the bed linens were 10/10 and I am picky! The location was perfect. What an absolute gem of a find. Looking forward to booking again. Oh! And the unsung hero of the property…the mud room. We used this as cooler/food storage over flow and it worked amazingly. We pack like food might be scarce so the space was appreciated.

    Great stay. Walking distance to Chambers Landing. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate but we still had fun at the bar and grill. Overall older house but comfortable.
