- This house uses an electric bear fence across doors and windows to deter bears that can be easily deactivated upon your arrival.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

I have many things to complain with my stay.. First of all, when trying to check in the house, the keypad didn't work and I had to hold on my phone speaming with the property management team for over 20 min with three kids and an old lady over 70 years old. Second, once got into the house, I encountered over 30 wild ants in front of us. I had ro amke another phone call and the personnel showed up after three hours after my family checked into the house. Third, the internet connection went in and out and it didn't get fixed until third night of my stay and my group had only one single 'Netflix night' out of three nights stay. (The IT personnel was informed of the internet issue and didn't show up until the 3rd day) Forth, the house had very poor A/C and we had to open all windows and keep all the fans on all the time.(the tempertaure on the thermostat was 80 on aberage) Long story short, I recommend all familes to stay away this property. The photos shown on the website had gaming tables and the real world was they were covered with all spider webs and my kids couldn't even play a single game. I have been to the Tahoe area almost 20 times and this house made it the worst ever.
The four of us had a great time staying at the house. It is very quiet and relaxing there. The floor plan was laid out well and the house had everything we needed. We loved it!
This is a big, beautiful and spacious cabin on a nice, quiet neighborhood on a hill, . The cabin is very clean and it has a nice updated, high end kitchen. The bedrooms too are big and comfortable. The bathrooms are very nice, especially the master bedroom's....I really enjoyed the jetted tub and the shower. Another amenity we all enjoyed as a family was the game room in the garage, the kids loved playing with the air hockey table and the foosball table too. We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful cabin, and would love to come back and stay there again for sure!
The property we stayed at provided an enjoyable experience for my family. It was well-maintained and had ample space, with all the essential items available. We extend our appreciation to the team for their efforts.
This is a good quality, clean home in a good and quiet neighborhood. Very nice main living area including the dining and kitchen. Main floor bedroom was large with a great bathroom. We did not use the two upstairs bedrooms, but they looked fine. We also did not use the garage or the small game room above it, but there are those things there. The main floor had a nice laundry room. Suggestions to the owner: the main floor bedroom was dark - it really needs more and brighter lighting. The bedside light was not working, so maybe that would help. Another suggestion would be to organize the kitchen cabinets a bit. There are lots and lots of glasses, dishes, etc. but they seem to be spread around in many places. All in all, we enjoyed the stay and the house. We even saw a mom and baby black bear walking down the street near the house.
