Stayed Apr 6, 2026It was a great location for exploring Hocking Hills! The house was nicely set up for our two families that stayed. The kids absolutely loved having the hot tub arcade and movie room! It was very family friendly and very clean! The grounds were being renovated, which overall did not affect our stay other than having some mechanical equipment present. The owner was very transparent and letting us know what to expect before we arrived. We didn’t have any issues with our stay and Matt was very responsive before during and after our stay! We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Feb 20, 2026This house was WONDERFUL! We came to Hocking Hills for the weekend to celebrate our son's 18th birthday and this was literally the perfect property for our stay! The kids loved all the arcade games and the theater room was SO fun and comfy.It honestly didn't feel like a rental property, it felt like you were staying in someone's cozy home. All the decor, supplies, and amenities were top notch. We didn't want to leave and our kids are already asking to book it again!! Not only was the property great, the host was wonderful as well! He was super responsive and even went to the property to double check on the grill before we came because he knew we wanted to use it. Just above and beyond to make sure our stay was great!
