Eaglet Cabin near the Shenandoah River

Great relaxing getaway. The hosts were responsive and the place was cozy. We especially loved the hot tub and fire place.

Host was great, provided all information quickly. Cabin is very clean and comfortable, great location, had an excellent trip.

Loved the cabin - perfectly sized for two people. Hot tub was phenomenal and loved using the fire pit. Very clean and cute decor.

The cabin is beautiful. The owners thought of everything. Even lighters and bug spray. The hot tub was enjoyable even in the rain. The view to the river is really nice. I was surprised there wasn’t any stink bugs or other creepy crawlies inside the cabin being in such a woodsy, mountainous environment.

Second year in a row stay at fishtrap. . Stayed at eaglet again and as always was perfect. I got with a group of 14 who occupy 3 cabins in total. Every cabin is always clean and well prepared for our visit. Many more years to come.

This little cabin is perfect for escaping from the big city for the weekend. We came with plans for hiking and seeing the caverns, and wound up staying in the cabin for most of the weekend with a bottle of wine. Very relaxing and lovely.

We loved our stay at this place. It had everything we needed and nothing we didn't, which made for a very relaxing getaway. The hotub was perfect, the firepit was so cozy, and the mountain views are unbeatable. We'd definitely stay here again.

My partner and I stayed at Eaglet over the weekend. It exceeded all our expectations. The cabin was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Our house manager was also very responsive. We are definitely looking to book again for another stay very soon!

This property was secluded and quiet but close enough to town (Luray) to make a quick trip in for whatever you need. Perfect log cabin vibe on the interior of the property. Great views from the house and near by. Short drive to Shenandoah National Park which was key for us.

This cabin was a joy. Went to fishtrap with 2 other groups for 4 days. That cabin was perfect. Stocked with wood. Very cleaned which is usually unexpected. Will definitely return.

We stayed in the Eaglet cabin this past weekend. We LOVED it. The cabin was so comfortable and the location is great. A little walk down to the river was the perfect exercise for us this weekend. The cabin has all things you need. The only thing we could even comment on was the TV’s are small for the size of the cabin, but if that’s our first world problem, so be it! They are smart TVs so that’s great. I did have to clean the hot tub a bit before using because there was debris and a line of muck around the rim. Over all, we loved our stay and will be back next year for a getaway. We may even stay in a bigger cabin closer to the river, but the Eaglet was perfect for us. I so enjoyed a relaxing weekend.
