Eagles Roost. Wifi & Dog Friendly. Covered porch & upper Deck w/ Sunset Views

House was very clean and so cozy to walk into. We had some storms come in and it was so nice to sit around the deck and listen to them. The host was very responsive when we had an issue with the internet, but other than that everything was perfect.

We loved our stay at Eagles Roost!! It was clean , comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen. They also did not just give you one starter toilet paper or paper towel roll like some places do. We had everything we needed. I got compliments from my adult sons on choosing a great house on VRBO. They had the upstairs to themselves and seemed to reconnect, that was the best part. We loved watching the sunset from the deck. I very much enjoyed the large bathtub. Its close to Eureka Springs, the lake and not too far from Top of the Rock. The wifi isn't the best but we didn't want to be glued to devices anyway. The owner, Jim came over and showed where the box was so we could reset it. We talked with Jim for a while, that was nice. I definitely recommend this place !!

Our family had the best time at this cabin. It was even better than as described. The place was very clean, the views were fantastic and there were plenty of amenities. The cabin is stocked with everything you need to cook all meals at the cabin or grill in the back and the hosts are extremely responsive and hospitable. They even left a jar of snacks which my kids thought was the coolest thing. A super short drive to both roaring River and eureka springs but enough things to do that you don't even have to leave the cabin. We would definitely love to stay here again for our yearly trip to the river!

Wonderful place to stay. Met the owner when we had problems unlocking door and he came right over and assisted us. Very pleasant man. I would highly recommend. Home was clean, comfortably. Very inviting. So peaceful.

This was a great place to stay. Our family enjoyed the deck, firepit and view. Beds are comfortable and the tub is great. We brought a puzzle and books and so happy we did. Wi-Fi isn’t great but we were wanting to unplug anyway!

Eagles Roost was a warm, and welcoming home away from home. We stayed at Christmas time and they had a pretty tree set up. The front porch was staged for a festive photo-op. This would be a great place to stay in summer, with the fabulous wrap around porch and fire pit.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and we loved the Christmas decorations as we stayed over the holiday. The house would be a little tight if you have more than 6 or so people. There is no dining table so the island is the only eating space if your not able to use the porch seating due to weather. Also, having only one shower was a little hard. If you like baths the master bath has a great deep soaking tub. Overall our stay was great and we would definitely think about staying there again if we venture to that area again.

This cabin was fantastic. Quiet and away from the city noise. Beautiful scenery. Jim was more than helpful when we had trouble with the internet. I would've been content being unplugged our entire stay but the teens were not. Jim helped us out. I would 100% return to this property. My dogs loved running circles around the wrap around porch. Pretty comical. I counted 13 times around in one sitting. Very clean and well kept cabin. Highly reccomend.

House was exactly as described. It was very nice and we enjoyed our stay!

It was a lovely place. The upstairs was a bit hot but it was manageable with lots of fans. Its not very young kid friendly. Was close to roaring river.

The property is beautiful, clean, and has really lovely views. It’s the perfect location to enjoy all Eureka Springs and Branson both have to offer for families! It is dog friendly, but definitely doesn’t look or smell like it! It’s so clean and the pet requirements really help to enforce that for future guests! We would love to stay again!

The property was terrific. We enjoyed our stay over Christmas. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. One thing that was frustrating was the address was not well marked and did not match what we were given. Could improve that a bit. Otherwise it was great. The place was decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch. Well done.
