HOUSEKEEPING – We work hard to have a clean unit. If there happens to be a housekeeping issue, please send pictures upon checking-in.

WEATHER & AWD: No weather related refunds. 4x4 / AWD required in winter months. Tire chains needed when there is snow/ice. Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the cabins.

Firewood is available for your use.

SHARED SPACES - There are two neighboring cabins on the 3 acre property. Shared spaces include: fire pit and outdoor parking.
