Downtown Cabin - Walk to the River

Very nice property. Extremely walkable to restaurants and activities. Good communication with host.

Everything was perfect. Liked that the hot springs were only 15 minutes away.

It was a great cozy property. Everything worked great in the kitchen, the space was exactly what we expected, and the location was great for walking to restaurants and downtown.There were a couple of VERY minor things that didn't impact our stay very much, but could be more of an annoyance if you're staying for longer; like the lack of oven mitts or a hand towel in the kitchen, a noticeable indent in the foam mattress, and some pretty thin pillows on the bed.The value was very good though, the hosts were super responsive, and everything was great. I'd definitely consider this property again if I was back in town, and I'd recommend it to friends.

Overall stay was great. Hosts were nice and attentive, property was very cute and well appointed, and the location was great.

Pete’s a great host, super responsive and all needs were met. Loved this cabin — small yet roomy, thoughtfully laid out and well-apportioned, including the kitchen. On the latter, nice utensils and gear, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a coffee grinder with the coffeemaker setup. Huge fridge with icemaker. Bed was super comfy and the place had great water pressure. A/V setup was also appreciated with the large HDTV and soundbar with subwoofer that you can also play music on via Bluetooth. Outside spaces were great for relaxing and enjoying the view of the mountain and burble of the San Juan River, and we appreciated the propane firepit for nighttime hangs. Location was great, off the main strip but it never felt like it, you’re removed and it’s pretty quiet around the cabin, not much car or foot traffic. Overall a great stay!

My wife and I had a lovely stay here while on a road trip for our anniversary. The host was great to deal with and provided good recommendations for local establishments. The location is right be the river and within comfortable walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The cabin was comfortable, clean, and inviting. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved the cabin. Clean and small, and set back a bit from the road. A tip for anyone staying: this space is very bright early in the mornings so recommend sleeping masks, as well as earplugs due to the construction noise and the loud heater at night.Overall a nice stay.

Great location and ideal spot in Pagosa. Cozy cabin but not a lot of privacy

We loved staying at this downtown cabin! The location was literally steps away from the best restaurants downtown. Having a fenced in yard was perfect with our little dog, and having the Cotton Hole Park right next door was perfect for walking her. Clean and modern with a bit of rustic. Would definitely stay here again.

We were really impressed by this spot and all the obvious hard work that has been done to make this a beautiful, welcoming and functional space. Since we had our dog with us, it was wonderful to not share any walls and to have a little gated yard. It's also right near a little park by the river, which was great for short walks. Right across the alley is Kip's and a coffee spot – very walkable to other restaurants and the downtown area. We stayed here during the tail end of the polar vortex and Pete checked in on us to make sure we were staying warm enough along with offering to bring over another heater, which we didn't need. We slept great and made good use out of the coffee maker and kitchen in general. There is also lots of space to unpack – a very nice-sized dresser, a little rack with hangers and lots of little hooks all over the place which was really welcome. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice updated small cabin. Right in town close to city park for walking dog. Overall quiet and private. Perfect for a couple snd a small dog. Nice fenced area for dog. We enjoyed our stay.

Great spot and a good feel....

Fun little property great for a couple and dogs. Easy walk to the river short path down the alley. Walk right across the alley Kips Grill and Cantina…for a great burger or tacos.

Close to the river, walk to many restaurants, and hot springs. Host was attentive. Listing states there is ac, only ceiling fan and heat. It was late Spring and still cool at night so not an issue for us this stay. We were overall happy and comfortable. Would recommend. ?

Property was close to everything in town , but had the privacy we were looking for.
