Dolly's Lookout - Stunning Mt. Le Conte Views

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It is steep drive up. A light weight vehicle will not cut it. Once up a beautiful view.

This was the first full family vacation with patent, children, grands and great grand ever. Normally any family vacation is for a sad occasion. It was my mother's 75th birthday and she wanted to come back to the Pigeon Forge area. The cabin was beautiful and it looked just like the site. Mr Ben was quick to respond especially since we ran out of water on our third night we were there. We would be told that the well had run dry. We were probably out of running water for 14 hrs but Mr Ben was working the issue from his and was very responsive and helpful. Still we had a great time.

Rooms are very spacious, yet with cozy vibes. Bathrooms are spacious. Kitchen/Dining areas are conveniently spacious. Each bedroom contains a smart television set. Each cabin level has its own balcony on backside of cabin (beautiful views of the surrounding landscapes). Country home front porch (with rocking/lounge chairs) that invites renters to sit for hours and enjoy the pleasant scenery and overall quiet serenity of nature. Helpful Notes: Cabin floorboards and stairs tend to creak when occupants are walking (volume of creaking depends on the occupant’s height, etc), lip of cabin tubs are higher than average tub lips, and the step stool provided for entering hot tub is on the flimsier side (just be careful when stepping onto the provided step stool).

The views were great. The cleanlyness was great. Even though it says 15 the living roomeill not hold that many. Pictures show the proper amount of seating but it was tiggt with the furniture there. If early risers (kids) i would maje them sleep downstairs. The floors are not sound proof. Not enough sesting on the decks for more than a couple people to be out there. Like some have already mentioned the water pressure on the top floor is not sufficient when someone turns water on on other floors.

The cabin listing is accurate. The location is convenient. It was clean. The back deck view is glorious, especially at sunrise. It is well supplied with anything you would need just like home. It is an older cabin, but they have taken good care of it. It has plenty of entertainment options if you want to stay at the cabin. The drive is steep but I would not be concerned about it except with snow/ice (no different than about any mountain top cabin in this area).The true star of the property is Mr. Morrow. The check in/check out process was incredibly easy. No ridiculous requests or demands before leaving. We had a mild issue with water pressure, and a plumber was there the next day to fix it. The communication was prompt and always helpful.

Ben was a great host. He was a great communicator and the home was represented well.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Dolly’s Lookout. The space was accurately advertised and worked perfectly for our group of two families. The layout provided plenty of space for everyone; the lower level was ideal for my sister’s family and their two young children, while my older kids enjoyed the third floor and my husband and I stayed on the main floor.The cabin was well-equipped with cooking tools, which made it easy for us to prepare breakfast and lunch. We also loved the three balconies and the stunning mountain views, especially during our morning soaks in the hot tub.Ben was responsive and easy to get in touch with throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again if we return to Tennessee.

The Cabin Was Nice But The First Night We Had No Running Water

This place was just ok. The photos on the listing are likely old and the unit really needs a deep cleaning and some TLC. All of the rugs were dirty and the leather chairs in the game room are worn and 1 is repaired with duct tape. The stairs to the basement are also stained with dirt. There’s an extension cord in the king bedroom downstairs that’s just hanging from the television and is covered in duct tape as well. There was only 1 very small frying pan. I ended up buying one to use while I was there and left it. The pillows also need to be replaced and the water pressure is awful. Aside from that, parking directly out front is difficult at best, even though I asked prior to renting. Also, you can’t access any of the rear balconies or the hot tub without going through someone’s bedroom. For positives, the location is cool and the views are stunning. The linens were clean and fresh. Again, it was fine but I hope the owner invests a little into it.

We couldn't have asked for a better family trip to the Smoky Mountains! Dolly's Lookout was so spacious and clean, and the views were absolutely stunning. Our host quickly responded to any questions we had and also recommended some great restaurant options! We picnicked at Metcalf Bottoms by the river, hiked the Greenbriar School Trail, played pickleball at the Sevierville City Park, took in a show at the Hatfields & McCoy's, ate at The Old Mill, had family breakfasts & game nights....the list goes on. Spending time with cousins and extended family in the Smokies was priceless -- we'll definitely be back!

The cabin was very nice and had lots of room for everyone. The views were amazing each morning. The driveway is very steep so be prepared to be nervous but the view made it worthwhile.

Extremely clean, well-cared-for home. It had all the necessities for a comfortable night of sleep. We had one small need and the host was very quick to respond!

We had a wonderful stay at Dolly's Lookout. It's an older cabin, but very well kept. Very clean. Comfortable beds. The mountain views were spectacular. We all enjoyed our stay. 5 adults and 4 kids - plenty of room.

Our stay at this mountain cabin was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views. Perched perfectly on the mountainside, every level seemed to frame a postcard-worthy scene—from rolling hills to stunning sunsets. It truly felt like we were on top of the world.The cabin itself was immaculate. You could tell the owners take great pride in maintaining the property—everything was spotless, fresh, and welcoming. It felt like home the moment we walked in.The layout of the cabin was one of our favorite things. It was thoughtfully designed to allow everyone in our group to have their own space and privacy—each bedroom was well-separated and cozy, giving everyone a chance to relax and unwind in their own way. At the same time, the open-concept living area and spacious kitchen made it easy to come together for meals, games, and late-night conversations. It struck the perfect balance between personal space and family connection.Whether we were enjoying coffee on the deck, stargazing at night, or simply taking in the quiet, peaceful surroundings, this cabin gave us the perfect place to slow down and reconnect. We’re already talking about when we can come back!

Pair family had a great time while staying at Dollys lookout. Five adults and four children 10 and under lives that we felt like we each had our own area. The 10 and 8 year old boys loved the gaming counsel downstairs and the girls loved the hot tub. It was close enough to the attractions but far enough away to feel like you were not on top of your neighbors. The morning sunrise off the top deck was worth the early wake up! Thank you for a great place to stay.

The cabin was awesome and has awesome views

Beautiful cabin and would stay again. The only thing I would suggest is having a stand up or box fan for the 3rd level bedroom due to being warm and taking a while to cool down with 2nd & 3rd floor units on. Also, blinds on 3rd level on balcony door need to be replaced due to being whelped on sides.

Here’s a quick review you might use: We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin in Pigeon Forge! The property was as described on VRBO, clean, and comfortable. We didn’t run into any issues. Just a heads up: the road up to the cabin is very steep, so be prepared for the climb. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d happily return!

every thing was perfect

The Dolly theme of the cabin was perfect for the Dolly lovers 50th birthday. The views are stunning and the cabin is in a good location.

It was amazing. Very clean.

The location was great and Ben was awesome. Immediate help with light bulbs and fire place was awesome. A few comments would be that we killed a few roaches, the bed down stairs in small bedroom really needs to replaced. Lastly the hot tub could be upgraded and larger due to the amount of people the cabin holds. Make no mistake we had a great time and would book again. Thanks
