Clean, well maintained house in the perfect location!

The location was convenient and the rental was clean, well stocked, and in a quiet area. We were pleased with our stay and would recommend it to others.

We absolutely loved this house. The water falls were very relaxing. It’s just the perfect spot.

We had such a lovely stay in this fantastic property. It was roomy, comfortable and cozy all at the same time. The balcony out back with dense greenery and stream running below was the perfect spot for breakfast and coffee. This is one of my all time favorite vrbos and ai cannot wait to find an e cause to come back here again! Host was super responsive and all around lovely!

Where this place is located pays for itself. I took my son down the street to hike the 7 bridges trail. We have been to many places together and the joy he had after that hike was a core memory. The creek behind the property is not a gimmick! The cleanliness of the property would be approved by my Grandmother! When I do come back to Colorado Springs I will only search for this place or any other that they own! Thank you

Wonderful property, great location. Anything you might need for a short or long stay was provided. Balcony and deck overlooking the creek running behind the house was beautiful and relaxing. Property is on a quiet street, and only a 2 block walk to nature center and trails. Also short drives to everywhere we wanted to go. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting the Colorado Springs area.

Everything was good, but it would be even better if there were a warm down comforters on the beds. Otherwise the place is great.

A very nice 2 bedroom home complete with a washer and dryer. A relaxing stream in the backyard. A great location in a safe neighborhood. The owner was super with communication and very pleasant. I hope to stay with Sandi once more.

Sandi has created a space that is top shelf clean, comfortable and safe . We slept great at night as there is virtually no traffic and there is a creek right behind the house that sounds lovley. The bed is super comfortable and the sheets were as soft as air. Seriously, you need not look any further. You have found the perfect home away from home in Colorado Springs.

Perfect location for The Broadmoor and for Cheyenne canyon

Wonderful location and a beautiful town. I started the mornings with a cup of coffee by the creek. Very well kept place, with lots to do and see within 20 minutes. Can't wait for the next visit!

Almost everything about this facility is as it was presented in marketing material. I will get to the almost everything in a moment.The facility is beautiful, clean and well appointed. The host is the best and on top of everything. The location is a nice neighborhood of homes, convenient to everything. The street was a little noisy at night (motorcycles), but really not too bad.The bubbling brook (Cheyenne Creek) in the back is about as picturesque as it gets. You can hear the bubbling brook from all areas of the house if you leave the screened windows open. Multiple decks overlook the creek. Seriously, the back area of the house is a literal showstopper.The only downside to this marvelous getaway; mosquitos around the deck. This is likely a summer only issue, but it was an issue none-the-less. Don't picture yourself having that morning java on the deck or an evening glass of wine, unless you bring the bug spray with you.

This is my 4th visit to Sandi's amazing creek side homes. It is truly an oasis of nature and peace in the heart of the city. If you need a refreshing retreat, do yourself a favor and book it! We had ducks, squirrels, deer, and even a bear visit during our stay two weeks ago. Everything we wanted to see was less than a 20 minute drive. A quiet neighborhood and so close to the Broadmoor, Old Colorado City shopping, and parks. Already looking forward to my next time to escape from Texas heat to Sandi's beautiful and cozy home.

This is our second time staying here and our experience the second time was just as good as the first a couple years ago! The location is superb, it’s sparkling clean, and so peaceful to be right by the river! My one and only issue is the smell from the cleaning products they use is SO strong, almost like a pinesol type chemical smell. This likely wouldn’t bother most folks given I didn’t see it mentioned in any other reviews, but if they switched to less pungent cleaning products we’d stay again in a heartbeat!

Comfortable, clean updated property with creek out back. Kitchen was well equipped and open. Truly enjoyed our stay.

I went to Creekside for a time away by myself and was hoping for someplace peaceful. This home exceeded my hopes! Right along the creek, the sound is lovely and the beauty is wonderful. Set on a quiet street with places to sit on the back deck, it was just what I wanted. The home is impeccable and comfortable and I hope to go again! It would be a great place to stay with another couple, a family or to share a time away with friends.

We had a most enjoyable time staying at this house for two weeks. It is the most well appointed VRBO we have ever stayed in. Every time we would think, I wonder if they have ‘X’…boom there it was. This place was wonderful! It is obvious the owners have thought about everything. The first thing we noticed was how clean the house was. The back porch looks over a little mountain creek where the fauna would come each morning. Deer are absolutely everywhere! This place is pretty centurally located. It only took us about 10-15 minutes to get to just about anywhere in the city. It is absolutely a perfect little place to stay. If we come.back to corado springs, i would not want to stay anywhere else!

Great property with everything you need and more, sound of rushing water in every room is mesmerizing, Close to the Zoo with phenomenal Giraffes expo, and Broadmoor. Will definitely rent again.

This property is right on a creek, and it’s walking distance to Cheyenne Canon. The house is spotless and the linens are wonderful. Sandi is always checking in to see if you need anything. I would definitely recommend staying here, and we will be back if we are ever in Colorado Springs.

We liked the place and it was close to everything we wanted to do. The creek was very peaceful and we saw elk across the creek and walking down the middle of the road.
