Did not receive email before arrival about check in process. I emailed x2 (one hour prior to arrival & 10 minutes before arrival ) and called property host x2 and received voicemail. The couch was very worn!! We did appreciate the Anniversary package upon arrival with the TV on to soft music.

The place was awesome! Much bigger and nicer than what we expected. Great communication and the check in process was all set up so we didn’t have to go to another location for the key. Highly recommend!
